I haven't had a primary care doctor in years--but I guess I needed one given all of my new health conditions. When I called dr Partain's number I was so surprised when she just picked up her phone! Then, she was able to add me on for an appmt literally less than 24 hrs later. I'm young, and I used to be healthy--so granted I don't usually go to the doctor often--but just having a physician on hand to run basic tests immediately, along with peace of mind indefinitely in the future--so well worth the $70 in my opinion. I will likely sign my fiancé up for the plan as well since it's so affordable. It's a No brainer in my opinion and I'm surprised I didn't do something like this sooner since there were definitely other things I needed to get done that Dr partain pointed out. She is just starting her practice and I'm grateful to be on the plan with her now. Kind, caring, thorough, available--what more could one ask? Sign up she's awesome!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Luthy for a long time and absolutely love her!! I was lucky enough to get a…read morereferral from a nurse co-worker. I've had my share of doctors. Dr. Luthy listens to me. She addresses each issue I talked about. Comes up with a couple of ways to deal with it and boom! We're done! She's so smart!! Dr. Luthy has never judged me by my past. I'm treated like a person not just a patient. I hope she's going to be there for a long time. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had a few friends wishing she would take new patients so they can get in to see her. I like the clinic. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I also like that Dr. Luthy doesn't keep guessing over and over what you might have, just for the sake of money! She will refer me to a specialist in that area and there are still some doctors out there guessing!! I've been down that road. No thanks! I'm treated like a person. A person who feels, cares, thinks, wants to be heard and leave feeling like. Wow I'm glad I saw Dr. Luthy! She listened to me and even gave me options as to how to treat my problem. She will work with me on some of the things that I would rather not have by giving me options. I like that. I don't feel judged by her for my history,EVER!!! I wish she would take new patients and let a couple of my friends see her. I bragged and that called the clinic. Unfortunately she isn't taking new patients. My friends said, let me know when she is ready to take new patients and I will call the clinic back. I wouldn't have anyone else! Last brag!! She's excellent at giving injections in my hip! I never feel it. Happy here with my PCP!! FIVE

I have been going to Dr. Miller's office for about 5 years, and cannot brag on them enough…read more Everything about their service is fantastic. If we call them, they usually get us in within a day or so (quicker if an emergency). The office staff is great, and the nurses there are awesome. They are extremely professional and helpful. Dr Miller is amazing. He is probably one of the most down to Earth people you'll meet, and takes the time to listen to whatever is troubling you. From there, he works with you to make a plan to resolve the situation. Overall I can't say enough good things. It is a refreshing change from many doctors that act like they're doing you a huge favor just to see you. I've found that some doctors "talk down" to you, like you're not smart enough to understand. Nothing makes me madder! Dr. Miller doesn't act like that at all.

I've been going to see Dr. Miller for a number of years now, and all I can say is that I love it…read more He is a great listener, and a really good person. Add to that, he is a good doctor, and I don't know what else you can ask for. His staff is great (especially the R.N. Nancy) who keeps everything flowing. When I need to get in quickly, normally they can fit me in with 24 hours. Granted I think I've only done that once, but other times they've asked me if I wanted to come in the next day, and I've had to push the appointment back. When you're suffering getting in to see the doctor, and getting started on the path to feeling better is vital. Dr. Miller's office does that well. Dr. Miller is very down to Earth. He really listens and hears what the patient says. I can tell sometimes that he doesn't get to spend as much time with the patient as he would like, but I think that is the administration more than Guy. That said, he never cuts me short, or leaves before I understand everything that is happening. For that, I'm grateful. I almost hate giving such a good review. I'm afraid that others will read this, go see Dr. Miller, and then I won't have such easy access to such a good doctor. If you're new to the area, or new to the Mercy network, call his office, and give him a try. Bonus points if you talk about his grandkids or his motorcycle LOL...

She has put false information in my file multiple times, denied me tests and treatment for bacterial infections and many other issues that I have to be treated for in a di facility because she told me I was lying about my symptoms. I had to bring my 50+ year old mother in to my appointments at 23 years old because Bumberry refused to listen to my concerns unless I brought a witness with me. I've gone her appointments alone and brought up concerns that she said I was lying about having until I brought my mother in to confirm my symptoms of the disease that Bumberry refused to test me for. Bumberry ignored my concerns and repeatedly accused me of lying, making up symptoms and being a hypochondriac because she had seen my diagnosis of a personality disorder in my chart and labeled me as a hypochondriac automatically. my mother has had to advocate against her refusal to test me for an autoimmune disease because she said I was too young to have health problems. I do not recommend her for anyone else Who may have a chronic condition or illness as she is biased and ableist.
