Brought our 2 dogs in after we realized they got into rat poison. I could kiss every single person that works here as I can't explain enough how grateful I am that they saved our babies. We ended up paying $2,600 all together for both of them to get taken care of and have an overnight stay for monitoring. They were really helpful in understanding all of the costs and were precautionary, which we appreciate. They texted us every 3-4 hours just to let us know the boys were doing good. I can't explain in words how grateful I am for this staff!!! This is a racket, make you sign a waiver before they will even look at your pet, and pay $600.00 upfront. And then if they stay one night no matter how late you get there it starts at $1,500.00. Came out with a bill of $1650.00, a still sick dog and no diagnosis or answers. Every veterinarian in this area makes you call this place. I called because my dog was sick she was cold to touch and sleepy the girl said they would text me a list of info they needed so i filled it out and texted it back she said they required a $450 deposit so we left and drove over an hour to get there she said to call when we arrived so we did and we sat and sat and sat i finally called again and told her my dog was dying I would like to get her seen so after over an hour she was finally taken back and we were informed that the deposit was now $1000 so we had to give it to them or they wouldn't help our dog after another hour a girl came out and was giving us update and I asked if they had done an extra she said they were (stabilizing her first ) I had told them she had bloody stool and im sure they saw it in the blanket but no extra and no blood was given so I just finished burying my best friend at 1am STAY AWAY FRIM THIS DEN OF THIEVES they are pathetic I couldn't do what they do to people and sleep at night read more

We came in with our Coco on a Saturday night. After calling the hospital and letting them know what was going on, they told us when we arrived to sit in the parking lot and let them know we had arrived, which we did. They said to stay in your car, and someone would be out to get the dog momentarily. Welp, we waited 2 hours, and finally, someone came to get our baby, who was not having a good night. If they were busy, they should have told us to come at a specific time opposed to waiting with our sick dog outside for so long. Once they took our dog, they said we were now free to sit in the waiting area. The lobby was decorated very nicely and it was clean. They even had a station for coffee since I'm sure they know each client would have to wait for hours. Due to our Miniature Schnauzer having pancreas issues, pancreatitis is something that flairs up from time to time. We let the hospital know what the symptoms were and allowed for all the tests to be done. I wasn't sure if we were in a used car dealership or a veterinarian hospital. They tried to upsell with a liquid option opposed to a pill option for medication. I told them the pills would be fine, but come to find out, they apparently only had the liquid, and it was a last shot chance to get even more money out of me. We heard lots of dogs howling in the back of the facility, I think the hospital is full of pets of people who have not been able to pay and that's why they have no capacity to see your dog unless he is actively being tended to. They gave our baby what he needed to get better. Thankfully, he did not have a life-threatening issue at the time. I will probably try to find another hospital for future last-minute issues. read more

I received the worse over the phone service ever from the REP KYLE! I don't even know where to start I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hospital after his encounter he yelled/ got loud with me, called me a lier regarding why I had previously called another day said a few other disrespectful things and refused to give me his name and hung up the phone on me. He definitely shouldn't be working answering a business phone when someone is calling regarding their concerns of a sick animal. I don't know how he have a job as disrespectful as he was how many other patients have he did this too he was very comfortable doing it. I called back to report him I was told by a tech "we are allowed to hang up on patients and the calls are recorded. I would like to hear back from management regarding my call once it's played back! RUN!!!! from this place my dog have been sick since surgery and they put "notes" in the chart if this case take her a vet why would in this case happen? That was a red flag! When she was doing fine before the surgery she have lost a lot of weight and is turning for the worse. I can say the tech that came to the car was very helpful this 2nd visit didn't get her name I believe she had dreads it was 3am I was tired in had been through a lot prior to getting there and the vet, but the other techs are terrible I wouldn't dare go back!!! read more

July 4th weekend, we met Dr Caldwell. We immediately felt comfort with his demeanor. That Chihuahua has rebounded w congestive failure and thriving. Then this past Sunday, our 16 year old Chihuahua lady (Coco) was in dire straits. We knew her frail self wouldn't be with us much longer, but she took a sudden dark path. We were not going to allow her to suffer until the vet office was open the next day (Monday). We went to the ER vet and were so pleasantly pleased that Dr Caldwell was there! It was a very sad time, knowing we had to let Coco go. But this vet, Dr Caldwell, was the most caring, emphatic, understanding, compassionate, and patient vet we have ever met. His calm and soothing tone....his presence exuded sincere care, and his calm explanation to me for what to expect to happen during Coco's passing were simply KIND, thorough, and understanding. My only negative thing to say is I am disappointed he doesn't have a local practice in Warner Robins! read more

This is the worst vet clinic I have ever been in. The people do not care at all. My pup was hit and all they cared about was the money, had to have 750. up front before they would even look at him. We were so upset about our baby and not one word for over an hour. Any country vet would have been able to tell us something in 30 minutes, but this crowd ran up a tab of 1K and could do nothing to save my pup. They were rude and uncaring, horrible experience. VERY full of themselves and their equipment. They serve coffee in the lobby so you can sit for the full hour so they can run up the tab more. They only care about the money and how much they can get you for. They do not care about your pet at all and it shows with everyone in that office, not one kind person there. read more

I contacted this place in reference to treatment of my sons pet and the person the woman that answered the phone was totally unprofessional and the most uncaring and unknowledgeable person I've ever heard. They wanted 2500 bucks to give a dog a iv and antibiotics. The cost of this is normally 500 in an emergency vet service. But this very rude person attempted to convince me it's cheaper for human treatment than vet treatment because of health insurance. Such a cruel and totally no caring unprofessional person . When I called to ask why so expensive she went told my son if I called again they would refuse treatment of the family member. I only asked why not treat the animal reasonably and charge accordingly. We brought one of my dogs here almost a year ago, around June, maybe July, and they did terrific when it came to figuring out what was wrong with him. We are here again as I'm writing this with my other dog, who wasn't doing as well, and are waiting for her results. Everyone has been so friendly both times we've been here. Vet was amazing, young lady that took my payment and helped when I picked my pet up was great...the ladies that came outside to get my pet, who was actively seizing, were HORRIBLE!!
