Awful. The owner will steal from you. He did not return money for work he had not performed. STAY AWAY!

I just happened to see Mr. Cressey's trailer parked somewhere, and got the number from that. His estimate was quick (within 7 days of initial contact), which is not always the case, and was in line with the other quotes I had gotten. I had already pretty much decided I wanted to go with Mitsubishi because of my research, and the recommendations of others. The reasons I went with Cressy were: a) he is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, I'll talk more about that later on. b) He is a Master Electrician, so I was reasonably sure that the installation would be professional, and c) I just felt his honesty right away. Being a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor means several things. a) he gets put at the head of the line for supplies. b) he does all the registration of warranty and everything himself, which saves me the trouble. c) he gets an extra 2-years on the factory warranty. He installed everything himself, with one helper, he cleaned everything up to where it was before he came into the house, and he finished the installation within the timeframe promised. All in all, very happy with him, and I would recommend him eagerly.

Unfortunately, during her visit, Chelsea didn't take any measurements and suggested placing the generator near the garage without considering federal guidelines for its placement. Subsequently, when we attempted to install a second propane tank as instructed, we discovered that the proposed location didn't meet the required distance of 10 feet from the existing tank. This oversight led to frustration and disappointment, especially as CN Brown, the gas company involved, expressed disbelief at the suggested placement. To resolve the issue, we were left with no choice but to relocate all three propane tanks, incurring an unexpected expense of $5,000. In an effort to address the situation and discuss potential accommodations due to the added costs, I reached out to Jason, the customer service manager at ESM. However, despite our concerns, Jason expressed little willingness to accommodate us and even suggested that our relationship might not proceed positively. After waiting patiently for six months for our appointment, we were dismayed to be informed that the company would no longer be proceeding with the installation due to their initial error. This experience has left us deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by the company. *EDIT Got a response from the owner telling me a I treated Shelia disrespectfully. I never spoke to a Shelia I only spoke to Jason and Chelsea. Your people were on speaker phone the whole time and the Gas Technician from CN Brown commented on how rude Chelsea was. He also commented on my one star review saying I give out a lot. It seems like his business gets a lot of one and two star reviews. I am glad I did not make a $10,000 mistake with this company.
