Bathe A Bin came to the rescue. They come after pick up day, scrub and sanitize the bins and put them back where they go. I can schedule them to coincide with trash pickup day and set a weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc service schedule to meet my needs. Today,…read more7/5/25 (holiday weekend), a small leak caused water spillage to soak a portion of the wooden platform in the garage, which dripped onto plastic bins on the floor. Called Company and a technician (Kyle) called within an hour to say that he'd be at my home as soon as possible. He arrived within the promised time frame and went to work looking for the leak. Once located, Kyle need to take the piping for sealing and returned soon with the repaired pipe. Throughout the afternoon, Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and determined to fix the leak. Fortunately, I was covered by their warranty, and there was no charge. Part of the issue had to do with the original installation (as stated by Kyle), but the service call rectified the problem. If ever I have another problem - I will only request Kyle. I have a signed receipt with no charge, and a zero balance due which justifies my choosing this company in the first place based on great reviews. Highly recommend!

I have had a plumber come and check my home for leaks and none were found. I truly believe my HOA and NES are swindling my neighbors out of money. How is it a company in Florida is servicing a neighborhood in Atlanta, GA? The billing issue still exists with no true explanation for what is going on. At this point a lawyer is the only resolve that I see for this situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The company itself and every…read moreperson I was privileged to have contact with demonstrates personal concern, integrity and professionalism from start to finish. Specifically, that includes Xavier in sales, Ben the controller, Nicole in permitting and Haley in accounting. In the end, they didn't actually install propane tanks for me due to unexpected circumstances, but they persevered with me through several months of challenges (on my end, not theirs) and took care of me well. As soon as Xavier came to the house, I was impressed with him and with Propane Ninja. He was totally honest, provided expert guidance and did not try to talk me into anything. I paid an initial deposit of 50% of the contract price (standard practice), and then they pursued getting the permit from the City of Tampa. That turned out to be quite a challenge, due to the unique situation with my lot and the desired location of the tanks and generator (another company was handling the generator installation). The reason I needed a backup generator was due to my wife's serious health issues. In the process of me pursuing a "design exception" with the City of Tampa in order to try to get the permits approved, my wife unexpectedly passed away. And then I really didn't have a pressing need for a backup generator. Propane Ninja was gracious enough to agree to refund the full deposit I had paid them. Well, it turned out to be quite a challenge in order to actually make that happen, not because of any problem on their end, but again, on mine. Basically, it had to do with the bank I had used to make the initial deposit and the bank's system not allowing a refund to come back into the account. But then "superhero" (as far as I'm concerned) Ben, the controller at Propane Ninja, jumped into the ring, and after trying multiple ways to get the refund processed, was ultimately able to make it happen! I can't say enough positive about the folks at Propane Ninja. There just aren't very many companies like this anymore, sadly, that take the kind of personal interest they do and have the willingness to persevere through every challenge in order to make sure the customer is taken care of.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
