It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. We are reasonable and would have understood if you didn't want to do the driveway again the first time, if you had had that conversation with us- but that did not occur.
