was very kind, fast and told me everything beforehand so I didn't get any unexpected charges. One of the employees had the same braclet as me but never used it so he was willing to give it to me just cause I wear mine read more

I took my truck to MIdas on Good Hope and Sherman Street in August-2026. It will be the last time!!!!!! Let me say this very clear...I've never been so disgusted and disappointed with service. I've ha d a lot of repairs in my lifetime and this was the worst, by far. It started right after I dropped my truck off and agreed on a price to have a repair on my front-end. Thereafter, 3 things were broken by them and my bill rose rapidly! Yes, after going back and forth with the manager, he wouldn't budge... I'd have to pay for the damage-broken parts. Really? It felt like the old switch and bait... get the customer in and find a way to increase the bill. After all that that, I went to pick up my truck the next day and there was so much wrong, I couldn't drive it home!! Yeah right, couldn't drive it home and the vehicle was in their possession less than 24 hours. That was alarming! When I finally went back to get it, I drove it off the lot and barely had any brakes. How reckless on Midas' part. Calling customer service was complete joke. It took 4 times to call to finally get a call back to express my complete disgust. I finally did talk with a manager two weeks ago and I'm still waiting on a return call. That shows what they feel about me as a customer. Don't go there if you don't have to... otherwise the joke will be on you! if you decide to go ...pray first, buyer beware. read more

My tire repair guy gets 5 stars for being so nice and he took his time to inspect my tire and even checked my other tires for the p.s.i Definitely will be coming back again read more

I went for a oil change and free tire rotation. I made appointment for this work. The guy pulled my car in. Got the paper work and looking it over. Then he comes in office and said something to a man sitting in the back room office. I heard, towncar mentioned. That was my car. I heard the other guy he spoke to starting cussing real loud. and the guy who walked in to tell him something. Went back in bay area and proceeded to change my oil. My tires were never rotated. So the guy who was cussing, I am assuming should have rotated my tires. I did not say anything to the manager when I paid for oil change. But if this tire rotarion are free and come with a service. It may not get done. And you can clearly see them working on your car. Service not so great. read more

Had a simple flat tire change, so service was fine. Customer service from first guy I dealt with during drop off was fine, second guy during pick up not so much. I questioned the almost $50 increase to the final cost from the original estimate and he gave a very lackluster response and cut me off. Estimates should include potential fees to give the customers the information to decide if they want to proceed with the work or not and that's all I was looking for. read more

Had a wheel alignment, front rotors and brake pads, and outer tire rods done. They got me in and out, wasnt late for work. I feel the improvement of how my car drives. Thanks for the discount. Very friendly and knowledgeable group of people. read more

My car is leaking oil really badly (about 1/2 quart per 40 mile drive). It looked like it was coming from the oil pan gasket area. I called Midas told them that. They said they'd take a look at it. Dropped it off at 6:45 AM and they called at about 11:30 AM and said that, yes, it was the oil pan gasket and it would be about 450$ to fix it. So I said "great! please go ahead and get that fixed" Fast forward to 4:00 PM. I get a phone call. They said that they replaced it, but the car is still leaking oil pretty badly. I said "how badly?" and they said "well, it's pretty much un-drivable -- the oil pump cover is leaking and its going to cost about 800$ to fix that." I told them "It was un-drivable when I brought it in! How can it still be leaking oil just as badly as it was before i brought it in?" So the problem WASN'T with the oil pan gasket then. It was with the Oil Pump Cover. The oil was apparently dripping out of that area onto the oil pan area then off of the oil pan area to the ground. I was irate. I told them to give me my car back. I paid them, because what am I supposed to do? I needed my car to get home to my kids. So i took my then-un-drivable car, and still un-drivable car out of there back home. And guess what. It's still leaking about 1/2 quarts every 40 miles. THE OIL PAN GASKET WASN'T THE PROBLEM AT ALL. But, Midas is supposed to be professionals. They should have found the leak while writing the quote, not just assume it was the gasket because I suggested it might be. I am not a professional. If i was, i wouldn't have brought it in to them and just fixed it myself. Now I'm left holding the bag for 440$ for a worthless repair while my car still is leaking massive amounts of oil (just as much as it was before the "repair") and it's going to cost an additional $800+ to fix. NO ONE there seemed to care. Not one apology for getting it wrong. Nothing. No accountability. Basically a "tough luck, buddy" attitude. read more

The shop was able to squeeze me in at the very end of the day and replace my rusted out muffler, which started to fall off my car on my way home from work. The rep at the front desk was extremely helpful and reassuring that they could take care of the problem, explained the process, and broke down the costs in advance. The shop was well run, and the various techs I observed were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definite return to this shop, and recommend it to others. read more

Guy at front desk was rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend and kept on leaving us on hold and forgetting about our service. Decided just to get my car and leave before they did anything else to my car. Will not be coming back there. THEY DIDNT GIVE A F about my money problem and continued to bitch me for more money. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Had a brake issue halfway into my 10-hour drive. Pulled off the highway and found this Midas shop so late in the afternoon I didn't expect it could be fixed the same day. Dante and Jose assessed the problem, found the part, installed it and got me back on the road in two hours. Great work. I'm very grateful! read more

I used this site two times to change oil. They seemed to provide good services for both times. However, after the last visit, I realized that my oil filter cap was stuck. The oil filter cap has become worn, so no one was able to remove the oil filter cap. I strongly believed that the last lube shop that I used (which is this Midas at Good Hope Road) used an inappropriate tool. Two other local lube shops supported my idea. They also said that they were not able to remove the oil cab because the cab became worn. I visited this Midas again to get some explanation about this, but they told me that it(the stuck oil cab) was your mistake. They insisted that since you passed the suggested milage to change oil, so the cab was melted down. It was true that I changed the oil almost after 1 year, but I don't think that it caused the cab to be stuck. I really DO NOT recommend this store. Find other honest lube shop. read more
