    Will not be going back to this garage ever again. For one, with regards to any of their products…read morethey are overpriced. I went in today because I had two faulty tires on the rear of my vehicle, that had been replaced just six months ago by this Fountain Tire. Both tires not just one had the same fault of bulging on the inside. I went to a garage in the last few days and when they had it up on the hoist, they showed me the damage to both items that were put on Fountain Tire. As I know from being the wife of a husband with 35 years experience as an automotive technician, these tires in function were dangerous for the road. If I had been pulled over by the MTO, my vehicle would've been grounded and not able to run until both tires have been replaced and my car deemed safe to drive. I paid $700 to install two rear tires for a Kia Sonata. When I went back to the garage, they took my vehicle in for what they said was an inspection. This involved their technician and the manager. In standing back and overhearing, as they were trying to set up this appearance that they were going about this the right way, I heard the technician say that the tires weren't properly inflated and that there should have been an alignment. This was entire bullshit as my car had just been in to my dealership for regular maintenance with an oil change. This was how I found out about the dangerous tires that I was driving on. Part of the service with an oil change is to check tire pressure as my garage did and notified me of such. Fountain Tire said that my vehicle needed an alignment. This too was complete bullshit for rear tires and if my vehicle needed an alignment, there would've been evidence on my tires that they would've noted as they were taking them off. They are in the business as tire specialist to see all these imperfections to tires as they are expecting them. So, they were just looking for reasons to not honour their product. I guess they figured because I was a lone female coming in for service that they could pull this over on me. This company already lost service to our Dodge Ram 1500 series truck because of the over expense of their tires. We chose to go all the way Ajax as a past garage to get a reduction in price of as much as $400. When I came in for an estimate for tires, it was in fact this manager that I dealt with regarding their numbers. I will never be getting service at this garage again, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be filing a complaint with the ministry ; MTO for them putting on faulty tires to cause me to be placed in a position of vulnerability for accident at any time.

Fixed on the spot in less than 10 minutes. When I reached for my wallet expecting a $95 charge but hoping for $50, the front office person just waived and told me to have a great day. I buy a set of tires every two years on average for my vehicles. I know where I'm going from now on.

I bought my 22 civic si in march 2022. That's where my good experience ends. I brought my car March 7th 2023 to have my steering looked at. They discovered the problem and told me the steering rack was on order but it may be delayed fine i get that. Fast forward a couple months my wife called the dealership multiple times to ask about the part and every time she was rudely told we will call you when it's in. Finally I called and left a message for the service manager with no reply. I waited a little bit tried again and again no reply. At this point its nov 2023 Iand i still havent heard anything about my car so I try to text John one more time on the 20th to no avail. Finally I decided I'm done being ignored and I call my sales guy there to voice my complaint who passes it to the service manager who finally returns my call only to tell me he has no idea what happened with the part he ordered for me almost a year ago but he will order another. At this point im frustrated but i can let it go. So I wait a couple weeks for the call which suprise suprise never comes. I call the manager again who suprinsingly answers and tells me to text a number to set up my appointment because "its easier". So I do just that reply comes back quick with friday but of course being from out of town I need to ensure I have enough time to get there so I try to clarify a time and ask if Im going to be receiving a loaner car since I dont want to sit at the dealership and if it's going to be all day or not to which I don't receive a reply so I try again still no reply. It took me calling and asking for the gm before a nice service worker Named Jordan made sure I was set up and had a loaner ready. Honestly I wish my sales experience outweighed my service experience but unfortunatly the service manager there has no business being a manager and I will never be returning my car to this dealership and in 2 years of driving my brand new car my steering has been messed up for a year and a half. By the pictures youll see I also asked about a paint defect on my door handle which he completely ignored.

First day a had the Dodge Ram the engine light came on, I had called the dealership not understanding whats going on, looked under the truck and transmission fluid was leaking everywhere. Long story short, after being upset and arguing over the phone with a man name 'Brad" he would be the "Manger" Of this dealership, a Dodge Dealership in Mississauga had fixed the problem. Come December, 2017, 4 Months after owning this truck, the heat stopped working in the truck, Not understanding again, trusting a Dodge Dealership, I had called Brad and Jeff again. Living in Mississauga they would like me to drive to 111 North Kinton Avenue, Huntsville, and pay for the parts and have the truck fixed. Long story short, The windows dont defrost I have no heat in the truck, I call and call this dealership no emails no call backs, they have my number. I have never been so upset with a purchase in my life. I would never ever throw anyone under the bus in my life because I understand business. But Brad the "manger' has left me driving around in a jacket all winter again, hands cold feet cold hardly drive the truck now because how cold it is. Its very sad and I would like people to know my story because these men will not return my call or emails, that being said I will have to purchase a new 2500 and I know I will not being going to this dealership.....
