I come here because it's close and convenient and from who I've spoken to it seemed to be trustworthy enough place to go for a simple state inspection. They call and tell me its failed inspection due to alignment and will need to pay $130 to fix it. Once again my first car, new driver, and also a young female I don't know what I'm dealing with but I did my research enough to know the alignment would have had to be pretty severe to fail inspection. Long story short, they lied my alignment was perfectly fine before going there and infact I NOW feel like its off since taking my car there and my breaks are also now squeaking when I reverse which never had that issue before. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, man in charge I guess? Not sure what kinda business he's running because it only took me a few interactions with the workers to realize it's a shit show. I was asking for an inspection report because all I was ever given was a receipt, he says it was sent to my email. It never was, so then I have my mother call as they aren't taking me seriously, talking to me like I'm dumb. Jeff quickly switches up the story again and he has no report or records from the work done on my car and that it was sent straight to the MVA. I'm sitting right next to her and I say "Hi Jeff. You said it was sent to my e-mail yesterday and it never was and now you dont have access to the records? I finally come in person and after way too long of back n forth they give me a checklist of what had been done after repeatedly asking and being told there's no records to give me. Back home, we took made an appointment online (Jul 2026) and took the car to Eakles ("ehk" as in weck). They inspected the brakes and found no problems. We may have overheated them or gotten some gravel up in the brake pads. The turning noise was a rubbing rotor or some such wheel part. They repaired it. The cost was much lower than i expected. I have an older Lexus and it seemed that one of the sensors in the bumper got knocked out and needed to be repositioned and secured since there was no longer a bracket under the bumper. I told him that an aftermarket product or a quick fix would be fine and that I was not looking to restore it to factory condition but just be operational. 45 minutes later, he called me to tell me my car was ready. Tim had used simple tools to secure the sensor in place and ensured that it worked and performed as it should. It was so nice that he listened to me and found a very inexpensive solution to my problem. I expect that I will be using Eakle's for all of our future car repair needs. Highly recommend!!!

The receptionist behaved as if she wanted everyone to know that she held a position of authority. My car failed the inspection for a tiny little chip on the windshield (less than 0.4 cm) and the driver-side rear marker light. After hearing rave reviews of this shop, I came in yesterday for a window that wouldn't roll down…read more Had the master control switch replaced, now that window works (that's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1). However, now the door locks do not work. I called this morning to offer them the chance to remedy it, and instead was told that the door lock actuators must have failed (mind you, that would be a completely separate issue/repair). Well, given that the locks worked fine when I dropped the car off yesterday, now after the master switch replacement they suddenly do not work, it's only logical to assume there must be an issue with that new master switch and/or the installation work. They couldn't accommodate me today, and I'm about to start a new job, so I don't have the ability to bring it in later due to their inconvenient strictly M-F hours. I asked if there were any other options, was thinking maybe a discount or partial refund since I am now stuck with needing yet another repair after their work, but no dice. $480 down the drain. Next time I will go to O'Donnell Honda to have truly affordable repairs, done right the first time, and by a shop that stands by their work.

They do offer drop-off for the night before. It worked out okay, but it felt a little unsecure. There is a slot for dropping in the key, through the garage bay door. My concern is that if you drop the key, it lands on a slat in the door, which any random person could reach by putting their hand through the drop hole. So I ended up throwing my key through the hole, which felt a little janky. Checkout was fast and easy. The lady behind the counter aimed to please, and cut a deal for me just mentioning that I saw a coupon online (no need to print out or show on my phone). They're close to my place and so far the tires have been doing well. Would come back.

My tire was repaired and I was charged $30, which was not bad. I got home and checked to see if I had a warranty on my tires . I did and it stated that all repairs would be free for the life of the tire. I called the store again, spoke to Mac, explained the situation, and he said to bring the paperwork back with me so he could sort it out. I arrived, handed him my paperwork, and he refunded me my $30 in a matter of minutes. All in all, a quick resolution to my dilemma (tip: review all paperwork for any type of warranty information and have it in hand when seeking service). Mac was pleasant, professional and I will suggest anyone who needs tires or repairs to tire bought there or elsewhere, to give them a try.

However, eventually I complained enough that they "unretired" a general manager who seemed the only one to understand how to address warranty issues and they agreed to repair my vehicle. It took a year to get the warranty honored and to be heard. Let that sink in- a year. And they had to "unretire" a person to get customer service to happen. Crazy. So I scheduled almost a month in advance. It still took them three days with minimal communication and maybe I'm just bitter but I am very surprised the unretired general manager (Mr. Kenny, if you're wondering who it is) never contact me again to see why I was frustrated about the length of time it was taking. Or to see if the problem was finally resolved. Or to see if I'd change my reviews. So, I am happy to report they honored the warranty but I would never recommend these guys unless you're desperate. If you're a woman, I would recommend you drive away as fast as your car can go.
