In the back, we had custom railings made from Valley Unit Step, partly because they fit perfectly to our poured slab steps, and also because we just felt far more comfortable having professionals install the railings. It only took about a month for them to fabricate the handrails for our back stoop, and they installed our front steps and back railings at the same time. They are both beautiful and we are very happy with the work. I was so happy I even had to call and ask for my bill so I could pay for the fantastic service! When I purchased my Milwaukee Switch Tank sprayer, I inquired about the warranty covering leaks,…read moresince the reviews for the spray are very low and all related to leaks. The service counter guy said yep, you have three years to bring it back in. So, two years later I described my leak (a clear design flaw and not due to misuse, its a common issue with the sprayers). They stated that it would not be covered under the warranty and the tank was only covered for a year. They redesigned the sprayers now and a replacement tank isn't available and even if it were, it would be $100 to replace it every year. So that is pretty disappointing. I then checked with Milwaukee and they are covering it under the warranty and sending me a brand new, new model, sprayer which retails $100 more than the one I purchased. Moral of the story, if The Power Tool Store wants to charge you for something, check with Milwaukee first. Love Milwaukee...kinda disappointed with The Power Tool Store.
