After buying hundreds of trailers from the over this span I can only think of a few times that cross-members or axles were welded in the incorrect location to our requests but each time it was expeditiously fixed at no charge to us. Never have I seen a trailer with structural problems or problems with the integrity of their products or service for that matter. You must really be unlucky for me to have bought hundreds of them and had very minimal issues if any and you and your friend have only bought 3 and all 3 were junk. Seriously, what are the odds of that? I hope you don't plan on doing any gambling anytime soon cause your luck sucks buddy. I can't imagine what else it could be so just be very careful. Stay far away from the casinos or horse tracks.

On the plus side, this place is pretty cheap and everybody is fairly friendly. On the negative side this place: Lacks any sort of professionalism. Has no idea what a deadline is. Can't keep a schedule, you can't even really be sure when to show up or call to talk to somebody. Let me elaborate a bit. So this year I called ahead of time to try to set up an appointment and establish solid deadlines about a month before I actually needed the trailer. I was told to bring it by "any time" and they could get it looked at in "a couple days". As we were pulling up, both office workers peeled out of the parking lot. I had no idea, but apparently they close for lunch - so "any time" doesn't include between ~11am and ~12pm. I hailed some guys down from the back lot, they told me to leave it in the parking lot, and they'd come get it. To be totally honest, I'm just assuming they have it right now. We unhooked it and left it in their parking lot, but they didn't seem to be in a hurry to collect it. I've called them a few times since then to try to establish some sort of work flow or expected inspection date, but no success. I'm strongly considering calling around and presenting other options to my employer. I've been pressed to established some kind of date since the time I dropped it off, but I have had no success with that task. Every time I call it's "a couple days" before they can do anything, and "a couple days" later, it's "a couple days" more. I now understand that to them "a couple days" is just an undetermined amount of time and not actually 2 days (or even 4 or 5 days). If it's your personal trailer and you have no solid time you need it back then this is probably an OK place to drop your trailer. If you're a business, I'd recommend looking around a bit before dropping your trailer here. Basically it's like you are letting your cousin work on your trailer, except unlike your cousin Rocket City Trailers doesn't have to see you awkwardly at family functions to feel your judgement. Update - entire process took about a week. Fairly quick turn around, but stupid stressful. Would have much rather preferred it took 2 weeks with solid dates, then to constantly have to check in.

They salesman was very compelling with his respect and trying to make the deal happen. I was buying it ftom 1,000 miles away as I couldn't find what I wanted locally. I had a little glitch with service but they then went out of their way to make it right. When I mentioned this to Sales they contacted the owner and again I was made to feel like they wanted me happy. The experience that I had was they try to put the customer first. Many establishments now-a-days "talk the talk but don't walk the walk." As a customer Banston made me feel good about traveling 1,000 miles to spend my money. After weeks of communication with sales staff, we decided to make the 13 hour trip to AL to trade…read morein our current gas motorhome and purchase a diesel motorhome. We were intending to purchase an "As Is" coach and had been given a full inspection report and list of what would be fixed before we arrived. We asked all the questions and made sure we were getting what we were told. Upon arrival we immediately noticed things were not as stated to us. We were told that all tires and batteries had been replaced for safety and that the generator was fixed. No new tires, no new batteries and the generator would not start. Also, in the inspection report it had 2-line items #20 Pest Intrusion and #21 Odors, both showed "Pass". You could smell the rancid odor before even entering the coach. Then mouse droppings in every corner, edge, drawer and windowsills. Within minutes we found 2 nests, one in the bedroom and one in the slide out. It was disgusting and filthy. All we heard was one excuse after the other. Then when the Sales Manager came to talk to us, she let it slip that when the people were driving it in to trade it broke down and they had to go fix it to get it to the dealership. Then when she realized what she had just shared, she back peddled and said she couldn't remember what the issue was that had to be repaired. They obviously did not care about our safety getting back home, only looking for a sale.....we made the easy decision to turn around and drive 13 hours back home in our current motorhome. They told us that they would send us a check for $500 dollars to cover some of our gas..... another lie as we never received this check. So, we spent about $800 on gas and 1500 miles added to our current motorhome, based on trusting the promises and inspection report provided to us. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They were willing to send us off their lot and 13 hours home in an unreliable and unsafe motorhome
