They will not try to up-sell, or pressure you at A-1, although if he will tell you if you actually do need new parts, or a new system for your home. Another thing that has always stood out to me, is how safety orientated Mark and his staff at A-1 are. If it is not right, or not safe to operate he is going to let you know, even if that means not getting the job.
