My main concern was that photographers only post their best work, what if they didn't capture those great pictures for my wedding--I tend to over worry about these things. She communicated well to us and had a delious batch of chocolate chip cookies and ice water waiting. (for the extremely warm newborn room) Her booklet for us to browse through was sitting there too. Very professional , yet warm and inviting. She got our baby boy ready and kept him comfortable as he dozed. She captured some really amazing shots of our little , yet 9lb baby. She suggested poses for all of us , yet I felt comfortable requesting my own thoughts to get her opinion on. She knew her lighting , what would work and turn out well , before putting her eye on the camera. Being a post partum mom , swollen and tired (and showing it too!!) she captured angles that were flattering for me, which I appreciated greatly. Overall, I was very happy with how each picture turned out, precious. We also did our family photo shoot (with Baby reveal to other kids) and maternity shoot. Despite dealing with multiple people , outfit changes, kids attitudes, etc she handled us very well! She was open to my ideas and willing to give hers. She paid attention to detail. I originally decided upon him (Brian McEntire the owner) when I was looking for photographers local to me (Frederick) for my wedding. We met with him and what a sweetie! Very laid back yet professional, completely willing to cater to my needs and wants. Our first meeting I could tell he was already going to go above and beyond. We bought the basic coverage plan but this came with a second photographer, and it was a lot cheaper than other places I'd priced that only provided one photographer. He communicates very well, if I had an idea or plans changed and I e-mailed him, he would get back to me almost immediately and address the issue. As for the day of, un-intrusive yet still managed to capture brilliant, beautiful and interesting images of the day. He had to work with a three and a half year old flower girl with boundless energy and managed to get great shots of her, and she was even smiling in them! To me this was especially impressive, it's not everyone who is able to sense that millisecond where everything is going to come together and look good AND capture it. That's artistry and instinct, which he has. The second photographer was amazing too as it allowed them to capture the same moment but at completely different angles. They also worked well with the videographer. He got the photographs online around three weeks after the wedding and the CD of them is coming soon as well After seeing the photos I could not be more pleased. He also does not pressure you into buying an album or even prints with him. You pay him for the services rendered the day of and if you like you can get prints and albums from him but it is a choice, not a mandatory part of the package. In a nutshell these photographers are respectful, thorough, fun and have an excellent artistic eye and equipment. Professional at a bargain price. I'm not sure if I'll ever need another photographer but if I do I know where to go!
