They dropped a big trash can when my husband started trash pick up, then stop picking up and took the trash can. When we started but up our trash bill is $100 plus every 3 mos. They took our trash can the week they stop picking it up. We restart in we had to pay a deposit on top of the monthly bill we didn't say anything about it. But let them do it again I will call them and ask them why can't the trash man sit my trash can in my driveway and not over in my neighbors driveway.

Once again, we were told it would be picked up by the end of day. Tuesday evening, still no pick up. We paid for a service they, knowingly, fail to provide. The next step is the Attorney General. Don't waste your time, or money, with this company. They lie to get you off the phone, they have horrible customer service, and when they do provide a service, they carry your trash can down the block and onto the road when they decide to put it back down.
