Although I still don't come into this mall every day, every so often I do come in. It's still got…read moreits entrances outside, but now it's got a lot more choices I tend to use, so now I do tend to visit maybe once a month (although I've missed the last month and a half). While I've not shopped in any of the little stores between Dollar Tree and Chinese Restaurant (mentioned momentarily), I've visited the Dollar Tree and Stop and Shop locations on occasion, but here and there I stop in at the Chinese restaurant (almost right next to the S&S). The Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union bank location nearby is also addressed to this mall, although it is unattached and easiest to get to via Kessler Dr just to this malls' north, across from Farm Ln across US-9/Albany Post Rd.) However, although I've been to the drive-up, it's not an everyday occurrence that I use it now. Careful of the Dunkin Donuts and small strip mall, it's addressed to this mall in spots, but it has not the same branding as it was redone not too very long ago, and I've stepped in there more often than most of the others. I rarely see anyone who tends to manage this mall, but the parking lot isn't problematic often. People come and people go over time, and there's little in terms of trash in the parking lot, but what about all the stop&shop and confusing lanes within the parking lot there that makes many (including myself and my brother) turn in circles trying to find the quickest ways out from a given point while avoiding the median. With the traffic light at the corner now, and the traffic flow from the former Shop & Save/Hannaford/ShopRite non-existent across the street, and the cross-traffic from St Andrew Rd and even the tiny mall and Dunkin Donuts in what seems like another area of the parking lot, things seem to flow really well now...Just hope that pattern isn't going to change as soon as this review is seen.

If Yelp had the option of rating a review in decimals, it would be appropriate in this case…read more A major renovation took place a couple of years back, most importantly with the move of TJMaxx and HomeGoods that demolished part of the hallway. A bit of it still remains from Marshalls until Des Jewelers. There are some stores that are still open that have been there for many years but don't seem to be as busy compared to back then. Also, some stores and restaurants have made changes throughout time, and seem to be successful. A big issue is the parking lot and moving around, not too pleasant, especially on the weekends. Usually, there isn't enough room to move because of traffic and people crossing the street and lot. I find it time-consuming and can be a hassle especially if someone is an inexperienced driver. Pavement can also be improved in most areas as well. Good businesses to check out, but take caution in the parking lot. 2.6/5

With exciting stores like " Jo-Ann Fabrics" "Sew N' Vac" and who can resist "EmbroidMe" you can see why it's such a "Destination"! Full of moms and barely conscious children. If Hollywood ever needs to set a film in the early 80's, this is the place. No need to hire extras, local shoppers will do. (I still see people wearing t-shirts from "Bob's" stores around town, how long ago did they go out of business?!") There is a nice Marshall's at one end and "The Dragon's Den" to care for all your fantasy figurine needs. Great people watching at this mini mall meets time travel.The next time you need to pick up some new vacuum bags, put on your big hair, parachute pants and head down to the Plaza!

There's plenty of parking, and during rush hours, don't forget about the "secret batcave exit" behind the 9G Grill onto Haviland Road, to avoid 9G traffic.

We have been coming here for many years and have never had any serious issues. Check your surroundings, and everything will be okay.

It's gone through some changes throughout time in terms of different stores (with TJ Maxx and Home Goods relocating), renovation, construction, and McDonald's which opened a while ago. The services that are provided seem to be in good shape. Traffic is okay for the most part, but can get busy at the traffic light getting on and off Route 9. Some paving needs to be addressed in the parking lot, which will up my rating a bit.

In our times here, we've never had any problems. I'm happy to see the businesses thriving, with most lasting for many years, and even fairly new ones that have come in. It's no surprise that this plaza is a big hit in the Poughkeepsie area.

Presumably this is because of the proximity to City Of Poughkeepsie, but I see no reason for it. This location has a bit of a confusing situation because you really need to remember which entrance you use so you can get back to your vehicle without having to circle the entire building with an overflowing cart of groceries. They are pros and cons to shopping here. Staff is extremely friendly to the point where you feel like you're at a neighborhood small grocery. But this place is massive with an abundance of imports and unique offerings from around the region. I belong to a farm cooperative, so I don't usually need vegetables. However, in this case, I did shop produce to locate some organic options to serve with the scallops and shrimp. The presentation is wonderful, but the prices are outrageous. Year over year, the same items that I purchased at Adam have increased by at least 30%. Some of that is due to the current geopolitics, but some of it is just plain exorbitant pricing. My purchase: A stop at Seafood to make sure they had 2 pounds of sea scallops approximately $24 per pound- wild caught. And the colossal shrimp more than $20 per pound also wild caught. Next stop a birthday cake - everything looks wonderful and I'm sure that there are items that are not mass produced with lots of fillers, but idea say that they probably use the same cake mixes as the less pricey supermarkets. Regardless, I had no time to bake so I picked up a 6 inch carrot cake - $26. And a fresh fruit tart 9 inch $29. Ouch, one note about the fruit tart is that the strawberries were not hold which makes for very.com cumbersome dining. You serve a lovely piece of fruit tart, and your guest has to dissect the strawberry to take the leaves off. It doesn't look that great and it is not appetizing. A quick stop to pick up organic broccoli. What the heck! Roughly $12 for two bunches of broccoli. I must be out of my mind. It was a birthday and I don't have any broccoli at home so I bit the bullet Over to the cheese counter where you can find exceptional values, and Exceptional imports My pic today was Bulgarian feta cheese, which is not easy to find, a beautiful French Camembert, and a block of Gouda. A loaf of bread, and a quick run to the clearance section at the back of the store where I scored pretty well with about 2 pounds of beautiful grapes for two dollars and a dragon fruit for under two dollars. A 12 pack of Parker General rolls $2.50 a quick run past the pasta department for the Italian produced linguine and onto the cash register. My cart was full and I knew my wallet would be empty soon so I headed home. Shopping at Adams is an experience rather than a chore. Please don't go on an empty stomach because you will soon regret it. You're not gonna find samples here for tasting, but you can ask at the cheese counter if you're not sure about a potential purchase and they will oblige. I do .

They have the best butcher and fish. The bakery is great. Their greenhouse is an oasis. The prepared foods are healthy and delicious and reasonably priced. The diversity of plants and Landscaping materials and expertise in their departments is awesome and they give so much to the community in the way of sponsorships fundraisers and school programs. It's true if you're coming for a bottle of ketchup or other middle-aisle fare then the price is not cheap but for those who understand the importance of shopping on the periphery of a market, this is the best place for fresh quality ingredients.

It's kind of a bummer that they didn't have a bathroom with plumbing- but honestly it's a quick loop to walk around and it's fine. I'm glad we discovered this place. Not just a bunch of reselling aliexpress stands like some flea markets can be. Bought a few things fairly priced, the people running everything were more than nice and the rules are clear and fair. There was also a long line for ??? So we queued up to see why... By the time we got to the front of the line, the display cases were mostly empty of baked goods (it was a bakery kiosk!) but we shared one (1) chocolate pretzel croissant. Didn't look impressive, but looks can be deceiving! Wow! What a delicious, flavorful chocolate croissant, crispy on the outside and an explosion of chocolate in the moist interior! We should have bought more! Overall a great flea/farmers' market! Try it!

There are stacks of 33.3 rpm vinyl records; maybe you'll find something. It's ironic that most people got rid of them when it was almost impossible to find phonograph needles several decades ago. Remember Walk-man's MP-3's? Where are they now?! Stalls of clothing, semi-antiques, jewelry, old magazines and toys. There are some things that make you wonder; like old black and white, family photos in albums. Who were these people and how did they end up a flea market? There's no captions. Such as; uncle So & So at cousin X's wedding, or our first new car. It's a little sad.
