Old facility 2023, was a nightmare, ​ 17 lbs lighter in 2 months, died malnourished and severely dehydrated with 4 head and cracked ribs all in her bedroom, developed pneumorthorax, always found alone they would find her. Why didn't anyone assist during am waking hour? with so many head traumas putting her into a wheel char and no longer able to open her eyes. The communication was so frustrating. Mr. Bassett refused to reveal to me what his role was in the organization. He was rude, condescending, dismissive without apology or explaination! Had he taken the time to reviewed my file, he would have seen that my monthly retirement income is more than $10,000 and my net worth is in excess of one million dollars. A portion of my wait-fee has been refunded. However, Waterman breached our agreement and I demand a total refund! Obviously, Waterman management is not concerned with senior care.
