I spent $1800 on a chrome bumper. Doesn't come with any hardware nor instructions. I put the bumper on with what wholes lined up because the bumper doesn't fit right. Bumper only has 1 bolt fixture on each end causing vibration and eventual cracking. Management said no to warranty. Avoid this shop if you value your money. The high prices don't equate to quality. read more

I only gave them 1 star cause i had too....these employess dress like trash and act like trash....pants hanging below there man junk, one guy wearing slippers & a backpack....no respect for the company or themselves! Must be nice to have a job where there is CLEARLY no standards in appearance or performance.....not to mention the websites says they will go above and beyond to help with any cb and if they don't know they are the ones to get it done for you....but when we asked them to do our cb they didn't have any info on it and were CLEARLY to lazy to figure it out (but the website says they are the ones to come too for ANYTHING) yea right!!! Complete B.S!!! The guy at the counter is a complete moron took him 15 minutes to figure out how to charge it to the company....let alone it taking 2 hours just to wash a trailer out....you need a full day to get anything done by these idiots!!! read more

The leak at the time I brought it to them it was a slow leak where I could drive about 150 miles before I had to refill the power steering reservoir. They called later the same day and told me that the pinion section of the rack had a hairline crack that was causing the leak. I had told the lady at the counter when I checked in that if the repair cost was over $250 that they were to call me before work. I was told that it would cost $1300 to install a new one and I told them that was more than expected. I asked them to put it back together and I'd be there to pay the $70 and drive it home. This shop was mad because I didn't want to pay them $1300 where I can buy a new rack and pinion unit for $170 and install it myself !! Don't do any business with these people, their crooks!!!

Well, what had happened was the EV charger I was directed to prior to this one did not work. So because I was low on charge I didn't want to push it any further so I came here. I didn't know it was a dealership until I got close. I panicked. Hoping I'd be able to charge. The dealership was closed but the EV charger was very reliable as one would assume being posted at a car dealership. Had the dealership been open I don't know what that situation would have been like. But the charger was reliable and it was fast!

I took it elsewhere since that was insane to me and come to find out the previous dealership has put a GPS locator on it and for some reason that day after driving it and owning it outright for over a year, the GPS was activated and it would not start, it took the other mechanic about 4 hours to figure out the issue and I was charged $35 to take it off. I would of likely paid upwards of $500 if I would have allowed Prothro to look at my vehicle. I can not imagine why anyone would use their services.

So when our car wouldn't start the next morning, we were stranded in St. George. I wish we'd had Herron's tow our vehicle up to their shop rather than wait 4 hours for the insurance's dispatched truck. Once the car finally got there, Herron's worked long after they closed to get us back on the road the same day. They hooked us up with a new tire, battery, and a fob reprogramming. Seemed like the price was reasonable for all the parts and labor required. Thanks Herron's! One heads up: if you're going to pick up your car after dusk, spray a little bug repellant on your feet so those mosquitos don't eat you alive.
