Very good Dentist NHS and private…read more Very helpful on the telephone, always manage to make appointments for emergencies etc. Had a filling last week was given the option of whether I wanted an injection, decided to go without, but was given the option that the Dentist would stop at any time if I was in too much pain and I could still have the injection. The whole experience was a revelation and completely painless. The prices are realistic for NHS. The only thing I would say that they do like you to pay up front if you need treatment that you can't have at that time, they like you to pay upfront. They do say that you will not have to pay for any other appointment within the next couple of months. They have restored my faith in this Dentist. The staff are very helpful and kind. Very good service.

The staff can vary alot, I have been on wards that were great and wards where the care was a bit lacking. The outpatient clinics are generally well run. Parking can be a nightmare and take plenty of change because it is pay and display.

I was admitted that evening, had scans and tests and was operated on less than 24 hours later ... At 7pm on a bank holiday weekend!! I was well impressed even with follow up information via a telephone call and the prompt post-op appointments booked. The waiting room is quite nice - it's peaceful, and has toilets available. There are a selection of toys for kids, and the usual old magazines for adults! You don't normally have to wait too long for your appointment, and all the doctors I have seen have been pleasant and helpful. The nurses are lovely and very understanding. A pretty nice place!
