We love coming here and combing through all the stuff! There are so many fun things to see. I like that each time we come back there's new and different things to see and purchase. The staff has been great every time we've been. Some things are a bit overpriced, but you can still find some good deals! read more

This was quite the bust and I would say they're closer to being a resale shop than antique mall. There is a booth selling brand new Made in India sheet sets, if that gives you any idea. We were only there for about 20 mins and saw the whole place. I've honestly seen better items at garage sales. I did end up buying a toy sewing machine here for my mom since they were on sale, but other than that, not many antiques can be found here. read more

Large consignment mall with many booths. Have been twice and still not made it all the way through! Some are amazing, some so-so but all interesting. No tea room but Abuelos restaurant is close to make for a great trip. read more

Best place to shop. Every booth is fill with different items. A variet, so my entire family goes to their fav booth.

I've been to this mall a few times and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! They have a vast collection of products from some adults' children hoods! Some of the prices can be a little pricey but others not so much. The service there is very nice this is my favorite antique mall! read more

This place is eclectic! Incredible stuff you just can't find anywhere else. Clean, with individual booths selling toys to belt buckles to gardening books to used musical instruments to goth Tshirts. The place is crazy cool in a good way! Super recommend! read more

Messy. Disorganized. Mostly just junk. I know every booth is operated by different people but it was very unorganized. It was more like a Goodwill or thrift store rather than an antique store. Some booths had some nice things. But a lot of them were so cramped and piled up with stuff you could hardly look. the isles are pretty narrow as well, compared to other antique stores. read more

We come here multiple times a month, sometimes even several times a week, which is to say, we are here on a regular basis. We have spent ALOT of money here over the last several years because this is one of our favorite antique shops. But today will be our last visit. We will not return. My bag, which I have always worn on me every single time I have been here, was confiscated. This has never-- not once-- ever been an issue. Ever. We were rudely told that there are signs on both entrances clearly stating they do not allow large bags or purses, and they would have to keep my bag up front. I was wearing a cross body. Not sure that constitutes a "large" bag. To top it all off, there were MULTIPLE shoppers in store with significantly bigger bags than mine, and their's were not confiscated. Nothing was said to them. I understand they are trying to prevent theft, but to be rude to loyal customers is not okay. I never want to leave bad reviews. I am in a customer service driven industry, so I always want to give grace and understanding as much as possible but the way the entire situation was handled was unnecessary and unacceptable. Inserting pictures of the entrances where the alleged signage is. Anybody see these signs? Yeah, neither do I. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I've gone here for years. And a cashier was extremely rude, refused to provide her name (which is Alicia cause her told worker told me ). They refuse to honor the sellers sales and try to double, triple charge. Then refused to wrap me purchases!!!!! NEGATIVE 100 If you want good customer service DON'T go here! If you want to be treated like trash this is the place for you! Go to the Painted Tree!! It was amazing! Clean and the staff was friendly!! read more

Very messy and unorganized. Vendors are just trying to get rid of their junk. Waste of time :\

It is not the fanciest mall in town and not the most expensive either. But if you look you can find some good things. I saw old tin signs, bar mirrors, painting and antique prints. Frankoma, Waterford, Russel Wright, Griswold, old Pyrex, old gas cans, old ammo boxes, Texas Ware, old crocks and mixing bowls, Murano, old crates, uranium glass, lucite grapes, cowboy coffee pots, Fire King and vintage tool and tackle boxes. So if you can't find anything maybe you aren't looking hard enough. read more

I like this antique mall. It is big and there is a large variety of different things available at the many booths. There are a lot of vintage toys and I have bought a lot of Hot Wheels Redlines there. I also find a large amount of coins, knives, silver and vintage jewelry at a few of the stands. Stop by and take a look. read more

Great to go through and find unique pieces, I search for a lot of art deco and this place often has it

Wanted to look at a ring while the store was closing store was dead and had NO customers but the cashier was rude and didn't want to help because it was 1 min past closing. I drove from far away to come here just be mindful of who you have help you. Some booths are over priced some aren't. read more

This is a thrift store, not an antique mall. I would not come back here again and would not recommend you visit if you are looking for nice antiques. read more

What a wonderful find! There was a huge selection of vendors with competitive pricing - including various sales. Some antique stores have sale signs and then mark things up accordingly - not true of Mid Cities. There is a wide variety of items for sale including: vintage clothing, old toys (many still in boxes), some furniture pieces, vintage cameras, typewriters, interesting dishes, just lots of unique items very well priced and in good condition. We like to get a good deal and find actual antique items and you can do both at Mid Cities. Luckily, this location is not full of shabby chic (there is one shabby chic vendor) or gift shop items. You may have to do a little digging to locate that special vintage item, but in my opinion that is part of a quality antiquing experience. There are a few vendor spots vacant and preparing to be filled, so there is room to grow and hopefully the theme of authentic vintage charm and true antiques remains. We made some purchases today and will be back to this location! read more

Mid-Cities Antique Mall - These Barbie vases were priced below eBay and 50% below the last antique store I spotted them at. Wow!!! - Antiques Near Me - Hurst, Texas

Mid-Cities Antique Mall: Its no Montgomery; but it's not supposed to be. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's a forgotten place. I've lived in the area most of my life and never stepped foot inside until this year. Here's a little "secret," the rent is less expensive here, so the vendors can sell their goods at better prices than the other local booths. A few booths are overpriced, but not compared to majority of local vendors. Not saying they're not worth it, just saying why pay more if you don't have to for the same brands? Dealers could easily shop here and sale for higher at their stores a few miles away. The traffic isn't here and it should be. For all you "deal" seekers out there: keep in mind this mall is ALREADY ON SALE!! Visit other malls, go online, and do the math. Don't forget there's no shipping fees, you're able to look for imperfections, and you're growing the economy of the place you live-- sewing into individuals lives instead of monopolies. Something new is happening here and I wanted to be a part of it. This post isn't about me, or for me-- it's for everybody! Many of the reviews on yelp don't reflect what I see. Please form your own PERSONAL opinion before siding with negativity {unless that's how you feel}. Think God we all have different taste! Here's some pictures of all over. New items are added every day! Invite your friends. Eat in the tea room. Come and see for yourself! read more

A lot of nice vintage items, helpful ladies at the front checkout. Good prices on a lot of the seller's items

They have a lot of interesting booths. I'm always buying vintage Star Wars toys for my husband and this is the place I go.

I don't think I've ever been disappointed more in a place that has antique in its name! Nothing in this place even closely resembles an antique! This is basically a fleamarket and the goodwill that's right next-door is better to shop in, so please do not expect to find an antique and the few vintage pieces that are actually there are extremely overpriced. If you come with the attitude that you're going to a thrift store that is in complete disarray then that is what you'll find and you won't be disappointed. If you are an antique dealer or serious collector and you may need a lid or one more glass to complete a set then you might find it here but that's about it! There are a few cases that have military artifacts or rocks and minerals that are pretty cool but other than that the place is a dump! read more

Like all thrift stores or resale shops; it is a hit or miss. There are plenty of vendors to shop from and most have sales within their booths. Good selection of items; antiques, clothing, decor and furniture. I almost always find something at a reasonable price. As far as customer service, I've never had a problem, but I also don't rely on that aspect in these type of malls. Definitely worth checking out and browsing. read more

I have to agree with the other two previous reviewers (Corina and Desirae) about Mid-Cities Antique Mall. This place can have a lot of great stuff and a lot of not so great stuff too (but isn't that part of the fun of combing through all these antique stores?) I'm not sure what it is about this particular location but it always seems so much more open (as far as space) then most antique stores I visit (maybe it's the high ceiling). The many times that I've gone here with my girlfriend I can't remember one time where we were greeted / acknowledged by the staff. Even the last time we were there, we were looking at the swords by the registers and the associates just kept talking to one another. It's really not that big of a deal (since we're mostly browsing anyhow), but it would be nice for just one, "Can I help you with something?" Yes, there are some creepy creepy dolls in there (especially those baby looking things in the back left corner of the store). Anyhow, we've found some great things here from time to time and this is just a wonderful great big place (think supermarket size) to waste an hour or two in. read more

Cool selection and it seemed like a never-ending treasure trove. There's so much stuff there that you're bound to find something you can't go home without. Prices are reasonable and selection is wide. Awesome store. I've visited twice this month and plan to go back again! read more

had a booth owner auto renewed even when I explained repeatedly due to medical reasons we could not renew. owner was rude and screamed at me over the phone as I was sitting in the hospital with my husband. She basically called me a liar on what I was telling her. oddly after giving my notice my checks were not printed and available. When I went to get my last one the owner said I would not get one- I told her it was illegal as my rent was not behind and she could not hold my pay. she cut a check but deducted "fees" from it- even sone of the vendors are scared of her- many of the vendors are quite nice - fun things to find too but Irene is not nice has no concern for others and quite frankly is downright rude. the fact that she makes money off of any sale is reason enough for me to steer clear! Renter BEWARE!! read more

Diamonds in the rough Everyone who likes to antique shop has different reasons to do so. Some have a laser focus and look for particular items/era. Others enjoy the almost museum style browsing. There are the bargain shoppers and then there are remodelers/designers. I have a little of each. Of the few tarrant county stops on my weekend rotation Mid-Cities is the workhorse. The biggest plus here is the sheer variety of items. For example... The nicer furniture is up front, though some is sprinkled throughout the booths. Grandfather clock/mantle clock booth. A small tobacco pipe collection, but I normally pick them clean of large bowl pipes. Several Coca Cola memorabilia booths if you're a fan/collector. The far back right corner of the mall, there's a booth dedicated to everything Elvis. A Hawallian shirt booth, for your inner surf dog. Art Deco/Nouveau lamp and decor booth. With that said there is a fair amount of junk garage sale quality booths, so you will definatelly have to rummage through. There only about a dozen that are quality stocked and layed out. Also as with most antique malls, there are a few out of place craft booths, but lately I have only seen two or three of those booths here. Now you might say that the lack professional dealers might be a turn off, but hear me out. Some of the best finds/bargains I've found have been here. Including a mint condition 1920s-30s french straight razor with original box and a beautiful Prince of Wales pipe with gold lucite stem. Prices go from reasonable to out in out bargains. The merchandise and dealers turn over pretty frequently so it's good for a visit one or twice a month. Treasure hunt read more

My review for Mid Cities Antique Mall is based on both being a customer and as a vendor. As a regular shopper the store is well lit and neat. I like the place because it doesnt have that musty smell most antique malls tend to get. As Desirae mentioned you can find some awesome stuff and you can find some not so great. Recently, I leased a booth from them to sell some items and I found that the staff was nice and extremely helpful. So far, ive had a had a really good experience with them read more

It's telling that Goodwill is next door to this "antique" mall. Walking up and down the aisles, I felt like I might as well be in Goodwill! Very few booths arranged thoughtfully or with care. Most of them quite junky and piled high with yard sale material. I have been so spoiled by Lonestar Antique Mall on Denton Hwy, I can't imagine any reason I'd return to Mid-Cities. read more

I'm not sure why this doesn't have better reviews. When I visited, it was great. I'm pretty discriminating: not looking for crafts, Texas memorabilia, or cheap quality stuff. I like elegant handblown glass vases, unique gifts, antique machines (sewing, cameras, etc.)--and anything genuinely unique that catches my eye. After shopping at quite a few other highly rated but disappointing antique malls throughout DFW, I stopped in here...and filled up my back seat with great deals. I appreciate that for the most part, the prices were very good: lower than expected. Like $25 for an early 1900s Singer sewing machine, $40 for a children's log cabin, $15 for a very elegant crystal vase. It makes it more fun. What good is neat inventory if it's triple overpriced...like so many other antique malls. read more

Sometimes this place is a gold-mine, sometimes it's a booby trap. This place has a mix of cool antique and vintage finds and then some granny type crafts like homemade ugly-ass dolls and some pillows made into the shapes of cupcakes with rick rack and buttons sewed on them. Someone also wants to sell a nice collection of hawaiian shirts, if anyone's interested. I am pretty entertained walking around here about once a month. read more

This mall has really changed for the better in the last year,! Very clean, lots of real antiques, vintage items & collectibles. Better than most antique stores I've found so far. Granted, there's lots of junk and 70s-80s stuff, but prices are good and there are interesting things to see. And I'd rather stroll past junk than artsy non-antique items and shabby chic crafts. read more

I came here the other day with my girlfriend for my birthday because we both like thrifting/antiquing. We live in Flower mound so it was a bit of a drive to get here and honestly a fun thing to do once but I don't think we will be coming back. Pros: The store was clean and pretty well organized and the staff was friendly and didn't hover. Plenty of parking and there is a goodwill right next to it if you feel like thrifting the day away. HUGE, I mean this thing is one of the biggest antique malls I've ever been to. Lots of cool vintage finds some stuff from 50s all the way to the 90s/early 2000s. Cons: It's huge. I mean it's a bit overwhelming. And the biggest con is honestly the fact that basically everything was super overpriced. I mean I thrift all the time in lewisville and Denton and they have antique malls that are similar to this one and have similar (and in some instances the /same/ stuff) for wayyyy less. I mean for example, I saw a ceramic music box that was very similar to one I saw in Lewisville, there it was 5 bucks and at this one in Hurst they wanted 15$ for it. There were a lot of things similar to this and in the end we left without buying anything. I mean I am all for paying a bit more for a cool antique, but some of this stuff was just overpriced nicknack type things that were not worth what the sellers were asking. read more

This place is really big! Vendors rent space there so there is a big variety and lots to choose from. Only thing I didn't like is that they are rented spaces and some of them have a lot of junk. Great place with a huge selection and helpful staff. New things come in all the time. You never know what you'll find. Various vendors with different focuses adds to the great variety.
