I paid Garcia to remove two vent pipes and fix holes that were not covered with plywood. Someone could have fallen through the roof. Also plywood was loose and twisted on a hip of the roof. Garcia didn't inform me, just covered over it. I would stay away from Garcia Roofing.

After the roof was installed, he had his gutter crew put in new gutters with gutter screens. This crew also took two days to make sure the tear-down and installation were done correctly. Mauricio was quick to respond to questions that we had concerning our new roof and gutters and we are very happy with his work. We bought our house 8/17/2020, a new roof was required to complete the purchase. It was installed…read moreon 8/13/2020 and email was sent to Jared at Riley Hays. It specifically stated that the Labor and Material warranties be put in our name. Riley Hays payment contract clearly states that they have "5 year warranty honored by Riley Hays Roofing & Construction". We experienced a leak around our chimney in November 2024 and called Riley Hays to come out and take a look to see if there was a failure in the shingles or issue with install. I was informed by Jared (same person email was sent to) that the payment for the roof was by the prior owner and that their labor warranty was applicable to paying homeowner unless specifically requested. I stated I had the email stating it was, he stated that only the shingles were transferred to me unless "specifically signed off by Mr Hays". I stated that we had that request and had not been told that it was denied. He stated he sees in our file that the shingles warranty was transferred to us. I asked why not the labor? He stated they have a 5 year warranty, but only to the paying party. I said, that was coverage for 4 days... you clearly don't really have a 5 year warranty.. he stated they have a 5 year.. I reminded him that was not possible unless they planned to come look at our roof. Long story short, they refused to come look at our roof under warranty. We called another company to find out that the flashing was not installed properly and had curled and allowed water to slowly seep around the chimney. Because of the design of our home, it had likely been leaking around that site since the installation but only caused enough issue to come through office ceiling at this time. Customer service is terrible.. they will come take the money to get the job done but do not trust them to acutally warranty their work . They will find loop holes and claim its not covered. I will NEVER recommend them or their services to anyone. I have emails and pictures to back up all that I have claimed...

A large limb damaged one of the roofs shortly after it was installed, and Mr. Wilson came right out and repaired it without charge. It is hard to find an honest roofer, but I can recommend Danny Wilson without qualification.
