This has been the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. Because of both the service AND the management.
First, we got to the hotel and checked in. And one of our rooms had a COCKROACH in the closet.
Second, me, my sister, and my brother went to the restaurant in their hotel, and I noticed we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered, got MOST of our food, and waited 3 hours before anyone could help us. I had to get up to the front desk and ask for the check and they still charged us for the dessert we NEVER got. The manager told me we were invited to come tomorrow for better service.
Third, we saw that our stay had FREE breakfast included. Since we were told that we were invited, we decided to go. But when we went there, not only did their food have flies on them, they also charged us for the kids. Really?! Kids? The ones who can't even eat an entire plate? Our party had 4 kids total and they told us they were gonna take it off of our bill since the kids literally just ate half a bowl of cereal. Later on, they told us they were charging us for 3 of the kids. Wow. So if they were older, they would've been included? Does not make any sense. So we decided not to come to the restaurant anymore.
Fourth, my sister lost her key card so she decided to ask the front desk for an extra one. And they charged her 600Php !!! I've been to many many hotels, both in and out of Philippines. And NOT ONCE have we ever been charged for an extra room key!
Fifth, my 2 brothers decided to sleep in our hotel because they needed to drive us to the airport by 5am the next day. They charged us extra for having extra people in our room, which was reasonable. But, when we asked for extra towels for them, they wouldn't give it to us. So we told them we'll just pay for the extra towels if that's possible. They ended up giving us just one more towel and told us this is them being lenient about it. Wow.
And finally, when we were finally checking out, we asked for a printed receipt for all our rooms, and the lady in the front desk said okay. Time has passed and she still hasn't given us the receipt so we asked where it was. And her reply was we could get it online and would not give us a printed copy. Why would you say you WILL give me a receipt and then NOT give it to me?
So, overall, it was HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE management, WORST HOTEL EVER. They deserve 0 stars! read more
