If you don't have a minimum knowledge of technologies, they will use it to take advantage and charge you with extra work that is not necessary. it is like you bring your car to a mechanic to fix the motor, and they will say that need to test the tires to make sure they cover the issue of the motor. They lie with every argument and excuse of their work. In my case, this business did not even tell me what is the fee they will charge for their service. They said that they worked on my device for one hour doing some testing on the drives of my NAS(network-attached storage) when it is not necessary as already have been done but they didn't know because never talk to me about the job to be done and I never ask to do it. Which even could cause a loss of data. Thanks that I already saved the data. I requested before touch my device to call me to explain what is the job that I wanted to be done. It is like going to a mechanic and you ask to talk to a mechanic before working on your car, the mechanic never calls you and works on something that you don't need. then, they will charge you any amount of money. My computer worked better than ever, until now, but nothing to do with his work, but more the fault of Microsoft. I run Windows 10 which I find fine, BUT Microsoft decided I need Windows 11 and installed it without my authority. Many of my apps dont work with !! so I tried to revert back to Windows 10 which I have done before. This time I got the blue screen of death upon startup, and seemingly no way out without my Authorizing Key, which of course I didn't have. so again I called Dean. As usual he performed his magic and was able to located them very promptly and again I'm up and running with Windows 10. Dean is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
