I would give this business zero stars if yelps rating system allowed that. I had booked an appointment for microblading back in March 2019 for May 16th 2019. It was advertised on Instagram in the FAQ that you have to cancel 48 hours before the appointment or you lose your $50 deposit. I cancelled on April 30th 2019, giving 16 DAYS notice. Amy emailed me back saying there would be no refund. I was shocked at this and sent her a screen shot of the FAQ. I checked her Instagram FAQ's again and saw that she promptly DELETED the post right after receiving the screenshot email. She is refusing to give me my $50 back. It was false advertisement. This is very unprofessional and not how you treat customers. (I had even just gone to her for a lash lift and tint and she's treating me like this.) It's speaking volumes as to what kind of business this is. I had posted this same truthful review on google reviews and Amy has disabled google reviews for her business. Right when she showed me the mirror after my first appointment, I was stunned and thrilled -- they looked great. I just completed my included touch-up appointment, and I'm pleased again. Not having to fill in my brows every day really knocks off a good chunk of time (when doing the rest of my make-up) in the morning... plus, having well-shaped, defined brows often makes me feel more comfortable forgoing make-up anyway!
