Booking my appointment online was super easy--the website was clear, straightforward, and gave me all the information I needed. On the day of my appointment, parking was a little tricky since the area can get busy, but once inside, I was greeted by a super cute and clean studio. I chose Ellie for my first visit (though there are other artists available), and I'm so glad I did. She was on time, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about brows and lashes. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes, and I was blown away by the results. My brows looked defined, natural, and polished--better than I expected--and I left with a new sense of confidence.
