I had an old TV and printer I needed to recycle. Arrived on North Branch Street and there are big signs to at lease tell you where to drive up to but there are no exact way to know how to park. It seems depending on who you see first, they get a bit offensive on the exact way you park to drop the electronic off. I had a few motherboards to recycle and was told they do not take those even if they were off of a TV. Looks like if the parts look like a TV they take it and if they are just boards off a TV. Long-time commercial customer. No follow-up when contacted via e-mail and chat is a joke. After…read moremonths of no contact, I entered a request to cancel the service due to ever-increasing pricing. Fee almost doubled in two years despite having a contract in place. From December 2025 to January 2026, the rate went up an additional 100.00. Was told that since the correspondence took so long to pass through their organization, cancellation would take an additional month. Their cut-off date is the 25th, but my initial request was on the 20th. Chat gave me the wrong phone number, and I spent more than 90 minutes getting to a person who could help. Was then told of the cancellation's effective date. Now, a follow-up call informed me that I need to pay more than 300.00 plus fuel for them to pick up their container, and I will need to pay an additional month's charge even though I put the request in before their cutoff date. As others have mentioned, they give you the run-around, and they have an excuse for everything. Found another service to provide me with almost identical pick-up for approximately 1/2 the cost, and it took one phone call and one e-mail to set up. The new company delivered its container in less than 36 hours.
