From December 2025 to January 2026, the rate went up an additional 100.00. Was told that since the correspondence took so long to pass through their organization, cancellation would take an additional month. Their cut-off date is the 25th, but my initial request was on the 20th. Chat gave me the wrong phone number, and I spent more than 90 minutes getting to a person who could help. Was then told of the cancellation's effective date. Now, a follow-up call informed me that I need to pay more than 300.00 plus fuel for them to pick up their container, and I will need to pay an additional month's charge even though I put the request in before their cutoff date. As others have mentioned, they give you the run-around, and they have an excuse for everything. Found another service to provide me with almost identical pick-up for approximately 1/2 the cost, and it took one phone call and one e-mail to set up. The new company delivered its container in less than 36 hours.
