After expressing my dissatisfaction in a survey they emailed, the owner of the company called and proceeded to berate me before ultimately hanging up the phone because I gave him a 1 star rating on Google maps. After waiting almost a week to get our kitchen sink unclogged, before hanging up the phone the owner "Tommy" refused to return to the property and told me to contact the home warranty company to have them send out a different contractor. Absolutely unreal the way this experience turned out to be for what I thought should have been a very straightforward plumbing issue.

Prices aren't the cheapest, but they do a great job, are quick, so I think it's reasonable. The first time I worked with David Williams himself - my fridge's outlet kept going out, and then coming back on. David walked through steps to test the outlet, the circuit breaker, the grounding circuit and some other tests before he would come out and charge me. It was a nice touch. Trouble shooting took a few trips out, but he was very easy to reach as we tested. Next they came out to fix some really dangerous wiring in our attic after our roof was replaced. Installation went fine. The last trip out they installed new recessed lighting in our living room and a new chandelier and a two dimmer switches. We bought the chandelier, but they provided the recessed lighting. In all cases, dry wall is repaired to flat surface ready for painting - but they do the painting themselves. Jobs are generally paid for by service, not hours, so you know what it will cost up front - baring any surprises when they open an outlet and find that it's been wired to two circuit breakers by the pervious owner, or your attic fan apparently has 2 sources of electricity ...

Then came back to "fix" what they'd neglected to do (their bad) and charged another $150 for a 30 min visit which they claimed was from a faulty part in the water heater which they also claimed we would need to replace within a year. They say that we were lucky the water heater lasted us 16 yrs when most only last 10-12 years. Really? Is that why the water heater at the house we lived in before lasted 50 years+ without ever needing to be replaced? Guess we were just "lucky"--maybe this is a sign that I should play the lottery. He had a very tenuous relationship with the truth as he said he checked the water and the heat worked on his first visit which was a load of BS because he never did. Then this time there wasn't warm water and he even said we'd need to run the water for 20-30 mins for the heat to kick in bc the water heater was big. Funny, I don't seem to recall him running the water for more than 30 seconds on his first visit--all he confirmed then was that the pressure was stronger than before!
