Tons of divots, and many of the boxes are over crowned. Fairways: no known issues, pretty good shape. Bunkers- unplayable. Loose rocks mixed in with thin layer of sand. Drainage lines poke through the surface in several of the bunkers. Greens- mostly average condition, but are kept long. A lot of overgrowth areas on the West and South course. Expect heavy mosquito activity on the West course.

The primary reason for my 3-star rating is the overall experience. We booked an early tee time as a foursome, but were placed directly behind several threesomes participating in a league. This was not communicated to us at the time of booking, and had we known, we would have chosen a different time. During play, we eventually played through, which unfortunately led to unpleasant interactions with the other players, including being cursed at, followed by a ranger asking us to leave. Later, when I went into the clubhouse, management questioned why we skipped ahead. My explanation was that we had been waiting 7-10 minutes on each tee box. The response I received was that a 4.5-hour round is considered within pace of play--though in my opinion, that standard seems more fitting for a foursome, not for multiple threesomes ahead. Overall, while the course conditions were excellent, the lack of communication, poor handling of pace-of-play expectations, and unprofessional interactions overshadowed the positives. For these reasons, I would not return. At its current pricing, I don't believe the experience is worth $70--truthfully, not even $50.
