She even takes them for daily walks around the neighborhood. They are not kenneled and she treats them just like her own dog Mia, who is a wonderful play companion and wore my boys out! Nicole is very present and professional and takes her business seriously. I appreciated the daily text updates and pictures. He also worked through some matted hair which is another challenge. It was our dog's best cut ever! This was his first cut by a mobile groomer and we couldn't be more pleased! Fantastic service as well...we were able to schedule him for the next day rather than having to wait 1-2 weeks, and their rates are very reasonable. We are now on a recurring schedule with Posh Paws! Thank you, Sharad, for your great care and grooming of our pups!!! Every time!!!

Sherod did a beautiful job, only took 1 1/2 hours (half the time of PetCo and no kennel) and no waiting for a pick-up call. Zeke is so happy and so am I. Posh Paws is the best and I've already made an appointment for next month. Extremely cost-effective. Convenient. Zeke bounded through the door and rolled on every surface (his expression of happiness). I should do the same; I'm that happy.

I simply can't understand the petty nature of these 1 star reviews. Any person with eyes, ears and…read morea beating heart can look around a hustling Veterinary office and have compassion for the incredibly difficult nature of this line of work, while patiently and gratefully waiting their turn and not take it personally. Sometimes waiting is part of the experience, there is plenty of space in the lobby to do so. I wish people would not tear down institutions this way especially in the name of entitlement. It is unfair. Herbst is outstanding. Their standard of care is unmatched to any Vet I've ever experienced. Our family sees Dr. Samaripa -- she treats all our animals, but especially our Pit-Lab Mousse who has chronic digestive issues. She does so with ease, especially since she understands I am a nervous pet owner. She gives us reasonable options, clear instructions and is always patient and kind. We never feel taken advantage of or upsold on medication, procedures or other unnecessary measures. Their prices are more than fair. Their front desk staff are so friendly and compassionate, even when my dog was experiencing behavioral nervousness in the lobby. They take action and provide comfort instantly. I've personally seen the front desk staff be treated poorly by pet owners -- these hardworking individuals do not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Us civilians need to do better because the team at Herbst is here to HELP us and our pets. Boarding, sedated nail trims, post surgery care, chronic illness, vaccinations, all treated with SUCH care and priced more than fairly. Herbst, thank you for everything. We will continue traveling from San Antonio to receive your care.

Since they were booked, we were taken on a walk-in basis. Dr. Thomas was very kind and patient, answering all my questions. I kind of run on at the mouth, yet he was so patient. Dr. Thomas explained the potential problems, and recommended some tests. He also diagnosed an eye problem that I assumed was just allergies. It's an easy fix with some eye ointment. The vet tech was a total sweetheart. She was very engaging and also a great listener. We talked about the weather differences between the Hill Country and Minnesota. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They were efficient and polite. The new building is fantastic! Handicapped parking is close by and there are sufficient spots. I had no trouble smoothly rolling my oxygen machine into the building. It was easy to locate seating with a nearby power outlet for my machine. I didn't mind waiting to be seen - not in such a nice environment! The coffee bar was a welcome surprise, because I didn't have a chance to get coffee before I left our house. When we were led back to the exam room we passed a playroom they have set up for human puppies (children), which I thought was very thoughtful. I would have taken a picture, but hubs gets a little embarrassed when I do that. Trust me, it looks like a lot of fun for kids!
