We prefer natural solutions rather than drugs, and so far we've been fortunate enough to avoid having to go on any medications. Don't get me wrong - if we NEED to go to a medical doctor we would. But we have found that by following Roger's recommendations, we have overcome every malady that we've asked him for help with. Of course, you can't expect instant results for everything, but Roger has always been honest with us and true to his word. We've learned that some things will just take a little longer before we start feeling results - we learned this the hard way when we became impatient. I'm so glad that we decided to trust Roger and follow through with what he advised. He has saved us a fortune in what we would have paid for medications, and who knows what kind of side effects we may have experienced. We have been going to Vita Foods for several years now and look forward to many more. I highly recommend this place and have a lot of respect for Roger and appreciate the help my husband and I receive there. I feel like Roger is like family to us now!

We love checking out natural health food shops anyways so we were excited to go. The shop was a little smaller than what I thought it would be since there were no photos of inside the store. People mentioned in other reviews that there's fresh organic produce but there wasn't as much as I thought there would be (about 3 small shelves in the fridge of 3 different things - apples, cabbage) and there was some squash out on display as well. Maybe there's more variety on certain days when it's restock day. When we walked in the person working wasn't wearing a mask but then put one on and asked us to wear them. There is not currently an indoor mask mandate for LA county (people are also no longer required to wear them in airports or on planes) so we didn't like that we had to wear a mask. We browsed the shop and there was some cool items but they didn't carry Ceylon cinnamon.

It looks like the anchoring stores have closed down. Hope they get some new tenants soon. After entry, I was greeted with a big welcome by two ladies. One of them happened to be the new owner. They offer protein smoothies in 24g ($12) or 36g ($14), energy teas ($9), bowls ($13.50), protein ice coffees ($8.50), and more. She recommended the salted caremel pretzel protein smoothie. Very limited seating though. There was only a small couch. Maybe they'll get more seating later. This looked like a big ol' farm store and from the second I saw it, I was pretty darn excited. This large store features ample parking, tables outside, and a petting zoo that didn't actually have any animals, but maybe they were just inside. The shop itself is full of baked goods, clothing, drinks, and literally everything else you can usually find at a farm style store. I was super tempted to pick up a bunch of chocolate when walking around, but since it was pretty hot outside I had to settle for the farms own Orange Juice and a big fat rice crispy treat with chocolate and pretzel on top. The orange juice was OH SO refreshing on this hot day and the rice crispy treat was really good as well. Overall, The Cal Poly Pomona Farm Store is a great place to stop and pick up a few things. I really liked the two things I picked up and I can definitely see stopping back here the next time i'm in Pomona!
