My GPS told me "You have reached your destination" before I was actually there so I was confused for a second. If I had known it was in the same lot as Maggio's, I would've known exactly where to go. With that being said, there is plenty of parking which *I LOVE* because it's in a shopping center. That is a huge plus for me. I like how easy and direct it is to get to ViDa Hair Studio. The inside is really nice, clean and spacious. I love how you're not on top of everyone else in there. I went here for some eyebrow tinting and waxing by Tetiana and I really liked it. Tetiana did a wonderful job. I've had bad experiences before with other places overwaxing my brows so I was nervous at first but you're in great hands with Tetiana. She's sweet and knows what she's doing. I grabbed a menu because I'm interested in trying other services there. I'm looking forward to going back to Tetiana as well as trying out some other services. OH! There is a 6% fee if you use a credit card just so you know ahead of time. Bring cash if you don't want to be subjected to the fee.

She was great, she knew how to work with curly hair and even how to style it (which I can't say is true for many other hair stylists). I came out really happy with how my hair felt and looked. Before she started she did offer to do a "special" haircut for me for curly hair which was double the price. I do appreciate that she warned me about the price but just wish there was more explanation of this special haircut. If I will spend double the price for something I would like to understand why. In any case, I really liked her so I may do it in the future but for this time I just stuck with the normal haircut. Will be coming back.

A haircut should never result in a child leaving injured. The area was visibly red and irritated when we got home, and it was obvious the clippers had been used far too aggressively. As a parent, it's upsetting to trust someone with your child only to have them come home in pain. This wasn't just a less-than-perfect haircut--it was a lack of care and attention to basic safety. I have photos documenting the injuries and hope management takes this seriously, addresses it with the stylist, and ensures this doesn't happen to another customer. This weekend, I was given a haircut that is so far from what I asked for that I went home and cried. My request: a bob falling between chin and shoulder length, open to the back being a bit shorter. I expressed that I wanted to be able to pull most of the front back into a hair tie for working out. The stylist I saw noticed my hair has some wave/curl in the back and asked if I ever leave it natural. I said I do not because I'm not confident in my ability to style it like that. I left with a layered cut, none of which can be put in a pony tail. Everything is above chin length. I had my glasses removed and didn't see how short she had cut it until it was too late. She styled it curly and told me it was the best option, despite having explained it's not how I feel comfortable styling it. I was devastated by the time I got home and attempted to blow dry it the way I normally style my hair to see if I could come to terms with it and it's even WORSE that way - the cut looks like three distinct steps and the back is different lengths on the left and right sides. I am going to have to go elsewhere and pay more money to get the cut cleaned up into something workable, though that will surely mean going even shorter.
