The girl on the phone never mentioned any additional fee and never even mentioned I would have to check in at the urgent care desk because they will not be there. Imagine my surprise when I receive a bill for $50 when my copay is $25. My bill simply stated "OTHER". They don't inform you they simply charge you, an additional $25 if you're seen, for a regular sched appt, if it's after 5pm during the week. Why would I pay more than my copay for a 15 min appt for a medication refill? I have had appts after 5pm before and was never charged additional $25. Probably trying to recoop lost money due to COVID. My insurance co told me to ABSOLUTELY NOT pay this and they are looking into the issue.

This locations really went above and beyond. There was zero wait time and the doctors and nurses…read morereally went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The doctor seems super knowledgeable and very thorough going through my wife's medical records going years back to help in his diagnosis. Special shout out to Dr Josh Newsom and Dr Brian McParland. Both went above and beyond in our care. I don't recall the names of the nurses and other staff but they were amazing as well. I recently had a poor experience with another Corewell location and was reluctant to go to this location but I'm glad I did go. I can not speak highly enough about the care we received and the knowledge and care of the staff. From checking in to making my wife had enough blankets to asking me I need anything to make me more comfortable the staff really blew us away. Ive never experienced care like this any hospital or ER setting.

I went to this location for years, seeing Dr. Klein, before I finally had enough. I asked the…read moredoctor for a specific vaccine (not a COVID vaccine) for over TWO YEARS, and there was always some b.s. as to why he couldn't give it or order it. During the time I would come to see this doctor he was rarely paying attention when he saw me - more occupied by taking notes on the iPad, rather than truly engage me in conversation and hands-on testing. The last straw was when I wen to the office, and waited 70 minutes in the waiting room. I left FUMING, not only because I waited so long, but also because the time before that I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 in the interior room. After I left for the last time, I sent an invoice to the office for my time the next day as a good F You for wasting my time. I found a new doctor, and started receiving the requested vaccine ON MY FIRST VISIT. This man has no passion, no patience, nor the care to be taking care of patients. And the staff is unfortunately not knowledgeable. They are slow, inefficient and don't know how to answer questions. I am positive that this office is only still open because of the older folk in the area who continue to frequent the facility due to nothing more than the advantageous proximity to their own domicile. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

It's so refreshing to be lucky enough to be able to have a doctor this amazing and wonderful! We have been seeing him for about 5 and a half years and we hope we can see him always. He's too notch, A++++, #1, the absolute best doctor we've ever had. He has superb bedside manner, excellent knowledge and he treats you like family.
