As if this wasn't bad enough... one month later I received a Denial letter from this state of MI because Higher Learning was using the incorrect version of the patient application w wrong information. The staff acknowledged that they had the wrong form but 'that there was nothing they could do'. Now 7 weeks later & I'm still waiting on my card & more importantly still cannot get my medicine. I brought him 10 years of records (which as we all know, isn't cheap) from several doctors. All of them documenting the dozens of treatments that I've tried, and he's concerned about how easy it is for him? My condition is extremely embarrassing, and not only was his attitude and my treatment shameful-but I can't believe this man is allowed to look at medical records, let alone keep copies. Never again.
