I called multiple companies to try to find help. I had almost given up hope before getting a hold of Marc. He was fantastic from the start. After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. I was so appreciative but fully expected to have just a couple of exhausted people show up to help that late in the day. WHAT A SURPRISE to have FIVE guys show up with great attitudes and even greater work ethic! And no added charges for the last minute rush job. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much, Marc and your whole team! You are a lifesaver.

The person I was with remembered what they told me. Only one day before they are scheduled to do the job that I needed done urgently and had appt scheduled for several days with them already, they tell me it is more and didnt want to haggle with me on the price and left me stranded. They even told me if I did all the work bagging everything and taking it outside (which I did) they would give me a deal, and it wasnt even though it was a lot more work. They say "Cheaper than a dumpster" , but they really are NOT. The dumpsters I have used in the past from Junoll are cheaper. I used this company twice before when they were a newer company and they were great and stuck to their quote and very professional (even though every time they do not show up when they say) , but they explained they do a lot more business now, so I guess they have the luxury of doing this to their repeat customers. I ended up using CM Destroyer and they were a lot better and more professional

We were in a bind since the seller wanted the couch out ASAP. We found Team Arnett and sent them a photo of the couch. Within 1 minutes we got a quote. The Team showed up when they said they would, which was a huge plus. They showed up with a box truck so all the pieces fit and they had all the moving supplies. Seems obvious but I've had " moving companies" show with no dollies and trucks so small they'd have to make multiple trips. The guys were professional and fast. And they made sure we were happy with the couch placement before they left. We're really happy with our couch but we're even happier that we found great movers that we can use again!!
