I got my eyebrows waxed by Nika and she was so great! We examined my brows and talked about what would be the best course of action. I expressed that the last time I got my brows waxed at another place, too much hair was taken off so she was very cautious about removing too much and made such to check in with me. Although I only came in for an brow wax, I'm interested to book other services with them in the future! Thanks Nika!

I opted for the signature facial and when I arrived, they explained my skin issues and we added a mask. I ended up paying around $190. We started off with a conversation on my skin goals and concerns before Gina recommended that we do a dermafile treatment. I had never gotten one of those before, but it was really great for exfoliating. Her treatment bed is also soooo comfy - I fell asleep several times during the facial. I also really enjoyed the Le Mieux products Gina used and will definitely be purchasing the toner spray when I go back. Lillian at the front desk was also very sweet and attentive. Overall, 5/5 experience and I'll be back for more!

Extremely frustrating experience with scheduling and appointment management…read more This office repeatedly sends appointment confirmations and asks patients to confirm multiple times, yet somehow still manages to change, reschedule, or double-book appointments. On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

They are so gentle and inform you of the process every step of the way. You can easily book with them on their website. Their location in San Mateo is easy to find and has an ample amount of street parking. Inside their rooms, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Some of the services I have tried from them have been - nano-infusion, derma planning, peels, back facials, regular custom facials and most recently a hydraderm facial, which was great! I've always had problem skin and it's honestly never looked better. I've even gotten compliments for the first time in years. As an added bonus, they have a stamp card so you can receive a service for 25% on your 6th visit. Thank you so much, Kristen & Kristen!!

I found Entrada a couple years ago or so, because I had a spot on my face that just would not heal…read more It had been broken out for easily over a year or more. I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

No update, no acknowledgment, no "hey we're running a few minutes behind." Just me sitting there like I have nothing better to do. I'm not an unreasonable person. Things happen. Stylists run late. I get it. But the bare minimum in any service business is communication. Just talk to me. Tell me what's going on. Treat me like my time has value. Nobody did that. So I walked out. 4.5 stars and 70 reviews tells me this place can do better because clearly people love it here. But whoever was working the floor tonight dropped the ball completely. You don't book someone, push them to 6:30, and then go silent when they actually show up on time. People say time is money. I just want to be treated decently. Neither happened tonight. The vibe of the place was okay, clean. The experience left a bad taste and I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
