Her coloring is unbelievable. I am naturally brunette but she is able to convince otherwise with the highlights she gives. I don't have to go back for color very often because she is able to blend my root for a favorable grow-out. She is able to achieve the right blonde tone that I look for even when I switch it up. I always walk out of the salon feeling better than when I came in. The thorough shampooing/conditioning with a massage that she gives makes it even better!
