I wax my underarms but I wanted my legs done properly. The salon is clean and well organized, I can say that at least. My esthetician is a very fun person but her wax knowledge is lacking. The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. So I am left to deal with a multitude of ingrown hairs and stubble! I'm really upset and I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was too much to let slide. Never again.

So be aware that masks are not required at this location, but you are free to wear one if you prefer it. Plus at least some of the technicians do wear one.
