Supposedly gave me 78 units which I've never had in my life and a quarter of my face looks like it had Botox. The other looks awful. I do not recommend them at all. I used to be married to a facial plastic surgeon so I know when doctors use expired Botox or fillers. And that's exactly what they did to me. I would never suggest going to them. It was a terrible experience and I will never ever go back.

Hair removal results were average at best. It seemed the position couldn't be consistently staffed…read more Over the course of my 9 sessions, I had 4 different technicians, each using a noticeably different method. The first three sessions felt rushed--very quick in and out. During the third session, my back was burned, leaving red circular marks all over my back, that required silver cream and were quite painful. Coverage was inconsistent, with no clear grid system used to ensure all areas were treated evenly, resulting in patchy areas ("tiger striping"). For my final two sessions, I had a fourth technician who used a completely different approach and showed much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, by that point, the inconsistency had already impacted the overall results. The cool sculpting, 5 stars! She was amazing! From the initial screening, throughout the two sessions, the touch up and final. Very good And pleased with those results.

When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

I heard her very annoying say IS SHE HERE YET? I should have gotten up and left then. Then she opens the lobby door and weirdly looks me up and down. Not only have they changed in a year, but they are more than doubled what I paid at the end of 2024! She looks at my tattoo and said I don't know if machine will even work on the tattoo. So they have some fancy tattoo pico machine they want to charge a lot of money for and it doesn't fade tattoos!! I do not recommend anyone to go there for a tattoo removal.
