She is extremely detail-oriented. Her communication skills are remarkable whether it be via a phone call, text or email. As a seller, we never had any questions because Kathryn constantly kept us updated on absolutely everything. We lived in a gated community in Florida and Kathryn had constant communication and spent a lot of time with the HOA and the POA representatives to ensure all documents were prepared and signed for a smooth closing. In today's world, it is so refreshing to see the professionalism, ambition, integrity and real estate knowledge in a young adult. Other realtors and friends told us to hold off on selling our home because the market was in a slump. Kathryn suggested not waiting. She listed our home and we received three offers in three weeks. We closed five weeks later. She has exceptional marketing skills. She used a variety of techniques to sell our home. Just to name a few, she held an open house; posted on real estate websites; advertised on social media platforms; created and posted a video on YouTube; hired a professional photographer who took photos and made a drone video; sent a mass postcard mailing to various states and mass emails to various people in various states. She did everything she could to find us a qualified buyer. Some realtors list their properties online and wait for the buyers to contact them; Kathryn is just the opposite. Kathryn seeks out the buyer and will not stop looking until she has found one for her client. We are so grateful that we chose Kathryn as our real estate agent. If you are looking for a real estate agent, we would, without a doubt, highly recommend her.

They are unprofessional yet arrogant in their misguided view of themselves. They defer the blame for their ineptness in allowing settlement to take place in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism is staggering from the way they spoke to me to the tone in their emails they had no business copying me on. The manager, Sara Llerena is particularly heinous. She is curt, self righteous, and the most highest of arrogance. It is unfathomable to imagine how she ever got to her position as manager. They delayed my settlement MULTIPLE times and placed the blame on everyone but themselves. I begged everyone to have settlement anywhere but with them but it fell on deaf ears. The last thing I wanted was for them to benefit one penny from my money. The result was mayhem. There is zero regard for anything but their schedule. And of course they are extremely busy, most likely from having to cover their mistakes. There is not one single thing that I can say nicely about this company. Do NOT for one millisecond consider them for your settlement.

Multiple times over the three years…read moreI've had new neighbors Express their concerns over the quality home and the lack of response by the office and manufacturer. I am now experiencing the floors sinking in the kitchen. I reached out to the office over seven times. No one gets back to you And nor is anyone ever in the office to actually speak with on a daily basis. When I did speak to the office, it was agreed that they were going to speak to the manufacturer. Still haven't gotten a return call from anyone. There are a plethora of houses in this park that are new and used that can't be sold due-to the low quality of the homes and the placement of the park. Not only is the product that they're selling subpar; the park itself is not worth $800 a month to live here. In two years, my lot rent has increased $200. It is marketed as a gated community but the front gates never work and spends 75% of the time open. The trash bins are constantly overflowing. The park is now situated next to an Amazon warehouse which has increased traffic and noise. Once the Amazon warehouse is in full occupation, I suspect the ability to sell any homes, new, or used in this park will become nonexistent. Unfortunately the neighbor on the other side of the park doesn't take care of their property so when you drive in all you see is a busted fence, overgrown landscape and dogs kept in an outdoor kennel. It's an absolute shame. The only reason that I can give this place a one star is because the people in the park are actually very Wonderful people experiencing the same struggle.

It was custom designed and built with the thought of hurricane protection. It is sturdy, and it's on high ground with never having a need for evacuation. Donna Dorsey saw that for the appeal it would have for anyone owning animals or for someone who would want to use the home for a landscaping business.
