In essence they are holding my records hostage which in turn requires me to see Shor and Trufolo whom I have no interest in seeing. The office manager has stated I am required to see Shor or Trufolo for my dental care. They are not at all concerned with my choice, it can only lead to one conclusion: they greedily only want the billing. They don't take the time to know you only threaten you when you want to leave. Dr. Frank Cattanese and the team at Shoreline Dental are lovely and clearly personally invested in each patient.
