This is a dentist and team of people you are happy to see.Yes some of my insurance worked but still had a bill to pay .If I can find the money anyone can to get this all inclusive dental experience. Your children will feel at ease and so will you. An all around great dentist and support team Just go in for a cleaning and they will do the rest.Really..I was even able to see a wonderful Periodontist for a gum check Thank you Dr Ben another great thing for my old gums See you soon!! There are literally dozens and dozens of dentist offices in this area. DON'T bother with this one. As the previous reviewer stated, the office staff is incompetent, lacks basic customer service skills, are liars, and not one person in that office actually cares about anybody as a patient, just a dollar sign. I was charged $100 for a basic routine cleaning that was %100 covered by insurance (because of a mix up with insurance information). I called the office IMMEDIATELY the next day to correct the insurance information, and every day after that to make sure the claim was submitted correctly, and to have my $100 refunded. No one would call me back. When I did get someone on the phone, "Oh, so and so is on vacation, you'll have to call back next week". Over the course of the past 3 1/2 months I have been trying to get my $100 back. They finally send the check, only to find out that they sent it to my ex-husband, and "Michelle" accuses me of telling her that's where I wanted it sent. Right, because I just am that generous that I want to give my ex-husband a free $100?!?! Then I'm told the check will be reissued, but they're going to have to charge me the bank fees associated with the stop payment of the original check. What?! You're going to try and make me pay for YOUR mistake? I think not. Dozens of phone calls, repeated messages left for Dr. Dlugosz herself (who refuses to call me back and speak to me directly). "Michelle" FINALLY (after literally about 8 or 9 phone calls) agrees to "waive the fees". 3 1/2 weeks go by and I FINALLY get my check. And wouldn't you know it, it was for only HALF of what they owed me, with a statement saying I supposedly owe a missed appointment fee from TWO YEARS AGO. These people are unethical and will do whatever they can to get every last dime out of you that they can. I guess they are financially hurting that bad, but are only making it worse for themselves. My son and I have been patients of Dr. Dlugosz for the better part of ten years, and this is how I am treated?! Never again will I step foot in that office again. read more

The dentist and hygienist were good people who did their jobs well. The office staff is another matter entirely. I accidentally told the receptionist that I had Delta Dental when I first enrolled. I realized later that I was mistaken; I had Aetna. I called them back and informed them of my error. And then I actually went to my appointment on July 30th and PHYSICALLY HANDED THE RECEPTIONIST AN AETNA CARD. Flash forward to September 1st. Michelle (not the dentist; an office manager) called me and informed me that because I wasn't "on the their Aetna roster" when I had my July 30th appointment, I owed them $292 for the routine cleaning. She FALSELY stated that I had told them 3 TIMES that I had Delta Dental, when in fact I had clarified, ASAP AND REPEATEDLY, that it was Aetna. I told her that I should not be forced to pay because her office failed to manage their paperwork properly, She kept apologizing in one breath and then in the next breath insisting that I pay the full cost of the cleaning. She also implied that I was lying at one point. I told her she could sue me if she wanted the money and hung up. Do not trust this business. The office staff lacks even the most rudimentary of management skills and is not above lying to cover up its incompetence. read more

Best dentist at the Jersey Shore. The dentist and staff has fit me in when I had emergencies and have always been caring and kind to me. I've been to many dentists but few health professionals are as good at Dr. Dlugosz and her team. Highly recommend. read more
