We contacted Beatrice well before our home sold. We gave her an "idea" of what we were looking for. We were instantly impressed with Beatrice's follow up, timely responses and attention to detail. Moreover, we were amazed on Beatrice's knowledge of the real estate market in downtown Orlando. In April we sold our home and signed a lease with a property that Beatrice uncovered. The property was not listed which was another example of Beatrice's strong network. Her network is "as deep, as it is broad". Also, we were working with Beatrice well in advance of selling our home which was never reflected in the attention and time she allocated to us. This realtor not only knows her stuff, but she has the network and work ethic to make things happen.

We let her know the showing was confirmed for 3:00 and it was now 3:45. We told her she was lucky we still had the kids in the car and could step away. Instead of apologizing, she snapped "I'm lucky?", said "Forget it, I don't need to see your house," slammed our front door in our faces, and stormed off. Her own client -- the buyer -- then came to our door and asked if he could see the house without her. She abandoned her own client at a stranger's home after throwing a tantrum. The second we had our first sit down with Tara, I knew we made the right choice! Without even asking the question, Tara shared a ton of information regarding the ins and outs of buying a home. This was so unexpected but made us feel so much more comfortable with the process. Since this was our first home buying experience, and the largest purchase we'd ever made, it was really nice having someone who could explain everything in a simplified manner. The process from start to finish was seamless. Tara helped us find a house that was exactly what we wanted, and we were even able to negotiate the cost so it was in our budget. It was a win win! Dina is an incredible Realtor. In addition to being a market expert in the Downtown Orlando condo…read moremarket (and probably others), she is extremely trustworthy, motivated, and personable. Dina is so easy to work with because she is a great person, and she genuinely wants for you (the prospective buyer) to find the perfect home for you. It's such a personal journey, because everyone has different wants and needs, but Dina takes the time to listen and puts that knowledge to work. In my case, I was looking for a condo downtown Orlando, and had been 'thinking' about it for at least a year. Dina never put pressure on me to get in gear, but rather kept tabs on me by asking if I had any questions or thoughts about what I might want. When I was finally ready to get serious, Dina knew exactly what I wanted because she had been patient and listened along the way. Additionally, I was so comfortable working with her because she never pressured me when I was taking forever to make up my mind. This trust that she established with me was critical, as when things started getting serious I had to make some quick decisions, and I knew that Dina had my best interest in mind. After looking at several different options, we finally found the perfect fit. This was not dumb-luck either, Dina knew what I was looking for, and made it happen with her deep market knowledge and connections. She knew of units that were about to be for sale before they officially were listed on MLS, and this gave me the edge needed to get the unit I wanted. Once we finally began the negotiation process, Dina was instrumental in helping me get the most value possible out of the transaction, and she was able to do this because of the relationships that she has built in the marketplace. *Quick sidebar - Dina also recommended the lender I ended up using (despite several other quotes) because he truly was the best suited to handle the condo financing (Eric Putt at Seacoast National Bank). In most purchases the buyer sometimes wonders, "could I have done better?" And even if they're satisfied with the outcome, there's always that lingering question. Now take that feeling, and multiply it by about 1,000,000 and that's what I expected to feel after the biggest purchase of my life because there are so many moving parts and things that could go wrong. Well I can tell you that while I sit here in my new home, writing this review for Dina - I feel absolutely no regret in this purchase. I love my new place, and I have Dina to thank. Do yourself a favor and give her a call, you'll get the results and piece of mind that you're looking for.

They took me from a nervous buyer who thought she'd never find the right house in a tiny mile or two radius, at the right price to a successful new homeowner who is thrilled with her new purchase. She's known around the community for her active participation on boards and committees and I know a few people she's worked with in the past, so when I was buying this house on my own and was a bit terrified, I figured I should reach out to Beth. Luckily, from our first consult to her handing me the most amazing new home gift bag (Check the pics!), and every frantic text of mine in between, Beth was around with a smile and a solution. Her team offered me options and quotes for three inspection companies (and set up my appointment once I chose one), and got insurance quotes for me from multiple insurance agencies. This just isn't something I have experienced before when watching my sister and parents go through the home buying experience. In addition, she helped me win a final bid situation without going way over the highest offer (pretty sure she used some magic there). I probably saved $7k right there just in her knowledge of seldom-used real estate techniques. If and when friends and family ask me for realtor suggestions, I will confidently pass them Beth's information, knowing they'll be taken care of. And heck, they'll probably make a new friend too! It's ACTUALLY impossible to spend time with Beth and not want to be BFFs immediately.
