Put an offer on a house that Loni has posted. Had my agent write up an offer and also had crucial…read morequestions about the property Mind you the offer I put in was time sensitive. Crickets. No call. No reply. I even called the office myself. She admitted to dodging my call. No call back. Poor business. No thanks I'll retract my offer. Would not work with Loni. The lady don't hover a clue at all.

Agent Skyla Gagnon working for this broker ( as listed on Realtor.Com) is completely unreliable,…read moreunethical, and sneaky. We made an offer on one of her listings through our agent. The offer was countered by the seller immediately. We then countered back. This agent contacted our agent via text and STATED VERBALLY, that her seller would take our offer if we got the signed contact to her that evening. She said that she would cancel upcoming showings for the weekend if the offer was submitted. Our agent got our signatures and the offer was submitted. Gagnon actually called our agent the night we signed and asked if he had sent the offer yet, and he replied that he just emailed it to her. Then, silence...she refused to take our agents calls, refused to return his texts, and never completed the contract by having her sellers sign our verbally accepted offer. At 10 o'clock PM the next night, she texted our agent and told him to have us NOT send our deposit check( that we had already put In the mail) and that she wanted to talk to him the following morning(today). All morning she continued to dodge our agents texts and calls until mid afternoon when she finally called him and told that allegedly, a last minute "much higher offer came in and the sellers took that offer and not ours". So, she obviously misrepresented her intentions so that she could continue to show the property in hopes of getting a better offer and they may have, but we won't know until we find out what the property closes for. We knew when she didn't respond that night we signed our verbally accepted counter offer that she was up to something underhanded. I wouldn't ever buy a home listed buy this agent ever and further complaints to the board of realtors are coming. I wonder if the new sale is co-brokered or if she is getting all the commission!

We had owned a small cottage in Groton Long Point and the 600…read moresq ft living area was getting too small to accommodate our summer visitors (too many sleeping bags to trip over in the morning!). By chance we ended up visiting a new build being shown by Greg and Brom Builders. Greg listened to our 'small house, small budget' dilemma. During that first interaction he without question assured us, that even though our budget was limited we could achieve a dream house. In a couple of days he took my 3 Post-It notes of the house I wanted to build, and voila! He created external and internal views on paper and by way of digital video, a complete walk-through. I was hooked. 10 months later we moved in ... we had so much fun, Greg & Brom were so much fun to work with and everyday was like Christmas, we would walk the 20 yards to our new construction (we rented another cottage right across the street and just gasped at the progress each day, admittedly I always took the evening tour with a glass of red wine so was always happy!). Now the reason I tell this story ... Greg is not just a realtor, he lives and breathes housing and construction, his enthusiasm and passion are inspirational. He knows building code inside out and can instantly tell you right from wrong. We have kept in touch with Greg throughout the years and shared a few chases on property over the period. Our latest was just a few months back where we secured our second home ... Greg freely admitted that this was his quickest purchase ever People ask me, "How can you be friends with a realtor?" ... quite easily ... He is out not to 'bone you', he enjoys the service he provides and you can tell. I may be too old to buy another house, but hey who knows if I do I will be giving him a call!

On February 2023 I submitted an inquiry at Realtor.com looking for information on a property at a…read morebuilding in Mystic, CT. Within minutes a young lady from Garden Realty was calling looking to find out additional details on our wants and needs. A few minutes later that day, I received an email from Greg Hanner with additional information on the property, the area and an introductory video of himself, his realty company and services. Later that evening, Greg called me to introduce himself already informed on the details from my conversation with his assistant. He shared his background and extensive experience on the southeastern part of CT (2022 and now for 2023 the #1 Agent of the Year for CT New London County). I told him that we were early in our search and that we weren't even sure if we were ready to buy any properties. However, if we found the right place at the right price, we would consider it. Greg was very professional and pleasant, and even with this low-level interest, he was willing to assist us in our search. Over the next few days, he shared a series of property options, his own personal experiences with other buyers, and scheduled a viewing on the original property we had inquired on. Over the next few weeks, Greg facilitated several showings, and was present at each one, very engaged, clearly informed and knowledgeable. It was also very apparent that Greg had plenty of experience in the area, as each property we saw hit many of the must-haves we were looking for. He pointed out where a compromise would be necessary along with pros and cons, at times highlighting features we would not have considered. Finally, it seemed as if Greg knew everyone as we connected with the realtors on the seller's side and others. We requested a showing at another unit in the Mystic building we liked. The unit had a renter and getting in for a viewing required some negotiating. Greg made the necessary arrangements and we there we found our dream unit! Greg helped us come up with the best and fairest offer which after some waiting (and back and forth with Greg) was accepted. Greg presented us with a bank for financing with whom he had plenty of experience and who were best suited for the area. Greg scheduled the property inspection with a local home inspection team he had worked with in the past. Greg was there throughout, asking questions, ensuring that we understood where there were areas of opportunity. From the inspection, there were a number of areas where we would need addressed at some point, so Greg negotiated a credit to the purchase price as to not disrupt the tenant to address some cosmetic issues. Overall, our experience with Greg was very positive. His knowledge of the local market, his experience as seasoned realtor, his pleasant demeanor, with and realistic expectations were exactly what we needed. A short few months later, we are happy owners of a beautiful condo unit in downtown Mystic a few minutes away from restaurants, shops and everything Mystic has to offer. Thanks Greg!!

I can't say enough good things about Diane White of CR Premier Properties! I was selling my house…read morein RI and buying a house in CT and originally, I had planned on using the realtor selling my RI house to also help me find a house in CT. Unfortunately, with houses being in such high demand my RI realtor was not devoting the time needed for me to find a house, while attending an open house I met Diane who was the realtor for the seller and I was taken with how friendly she was. I decided then to contact her to have her help me find a house, best decision I ever made! Diane answered my e-mail the same night (7 PM) and set me up to receive MLS listings that started coming the very next morning, she also reached out to me the next morning to find out more of what I was looking for. I had looked at and bid on several CT houses previously and was always turned down, I contacted Diane about a house I wanted to see and she arraigned for a walk through the next day; I loved the house and put in a bid (this was at 5PM). Diane helped me work with a loan officer (Suzanne Mazzarella-also fantastic) and was able to get my bid in and the seller accepted! Diane's greatness did not stop there, she gave me names of 3 inspectors I could use (I Went with CT Pro who were fantastic) and also put me in touch with a contractor as I wanted to have some work done who came down at the same time as the inspector. Diane checked in with me every step of the way to make sure if I had questions I asked them and that I understood where we were at all times. She even answered questions I had regarding the selling of my RI house! It's now two weeks after closing and Diane is still checking on me and providing stellar customer service! Diane was friendly, patient, honest and caring-you couldn't ask for more!
