She seemed concerned that I showed up for my appointment, so I confirmed several times that someone was available to give me my 1 hour massage with hot stones. Right away she wanted me to pay for the service even though I had not received it. Fine she settled the service, takes me to a room, then she tells me the masseuse is busy and if I want to come back or wait 30 minutes. I got annoyed that she didn't tell me this before settling the payment. Then after I complained she said she could do half of the massage and then the other masseuse would finish. She said they were busy, but I had an appointment and if she couldn't provide the service then why have me pay in advance. So the first woman that did the massage was awesome, the second woman was very lame all she did was rub with minimal pressure. I won't be returning for another massage here. I have them 3 stars due to plenty of parking and the first of the massage being great.

Setsuko was one of the two medical professionals in my mom's life that actually helped her. Frankly, I was skeptical about how effective it would be. I called and inquired for more information. The front desk answered the phone, patiently answered all my questions, and made an appointment. At the initial consultation, The doctor explained that stroke treatments are most effective within a month of the onset. Since it's just a been little over a month for my mom, he thought we should start her treatments aggressively at the rate of 4 times per week. After 3 weeks, there were noticeable improvements in her memory and speech pattern. We continued treatments for my Mom's other health issues as well. One thing I should note is that the doctor is very focused and task oriented. You need to ask him your questions or let him know about your concerns, not just waiting for him to speak to you. My mom's condition continue to improve under the doctor's care. We are very grateful to have found him and would highly recommend his service to anyone.
