I know some people have thought the owner was a bit abrupt, but she really isn't. She's German and though her English is fantastic (she's lived in the US for years and years), she sounds very direct and to the point. Don't confuse cultural expression with rudeness. She's kind, incredibly helpful, and this place is a labor of love for her. I travel a lot, including internationally, and I still think this is one of the best local wool shops I go to.
