This is the absolute worst store to shop. The staff are pig ignorant about sewing, fabrics,…read moreknitting, and most everything they sell in the store. The only knowledgeable person is the woman selling the sewing machines. If you need any help or assistance with anything else, good luck. You're pretty much own your own. I can't, for the life of me, understand why this store hires people with no knowledge of the products they sell. Furthermore, every time I asked for assistance from one of their employees, I was given looks, along with exaggerated sighs, as if I was imposing on their time. The store was unkempt and there were trash bins sitting in the middle of the aisles between fabrics. I will NEVER shop at this store again. From now on, Hobby Lobby has my business!

Went there to buy comics, was told they were 1.99 by several people. Including employees. Bought 10…read morewas charged 2.99 each. Called them a couple hours after I noticed, was told to come back in and next day and would be credited. They don't give cash back so would have to be an exchange. I was fine with that. Arrive next day told them about the mistake. Was about to correct it when the employee that overcharged me said he was told they were 2.99 so they supposedly called the manager and he said they were 2.99. And conveniently isn't available. This isn't listed anywhere in the store and seems to be only word of mouth. Employees have no clue. Apparently severe lack of training. Called a couple people that I know and verified how many they bought and what they paid one said 13 and 1.99 anther said 5 1.99 and I personally bought 3, 3 days before and paid 1.99. I would never pay 2.99 for these dirty old comics. That's practically new prices and none have hardly any value. It's the principal of the thing that gets me. And i will not be returning. Several people I know have been made aware of then rip-off and will be questioning them and not returning. Great job on loosing a customer over 10 bucks. And your ignorance. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and attorney General. You need to do better and not make excuses and get rid of the lazy employees. Particularly your manager. Make sure your prices are posted clearly!

I showed up during business hours, only to find the shop closed, and couldn't get anyone on the phone. There was also a miscommunication about the cost--when I spoke with them about the repair, I was told $150. When I called to see if the ring was ready, I was told I owed nothing due to store credit. When I finally caught up with them while they were open to pick it up, they charged $150. That matched what the jeweler told me up front, so there was no issue there, but it highlighted the lack of internal coordination. I won't be returning due to their inconsistent hours and poor communication.

They were unable to deliver anywhere remotely close to dates promised. Had the wedding band 4 months and ended up taking it to Kay's for repair as the settings were coming loose. They are to quality and customer service what the Titanic was to marine safety. Short answer- go anywhere but here.
