They definitely have a wide variety of inventory and just about anything you might be looking for, but I wasn't impressed. If you are looking for books and art supplies, toys, clothes, household, even furniture, they probably have it. It's worth a try. Would I go there again. Well, maybe.

The lady said they had been super busy with the 15% off coupon that was sent to Ollie's Army Rewards members. I also got a 10% off coupon for my shopping level. Wish they would have separated these out so there weren't two coupons both expiring in November. The one thing I came for (protein bars) they had a very limited stock. That is one challenge with Ollie's because merchandise is constantly changing and is different from location to location. If they would cleanup the merchandise and remove the pallets the rating would go from 3 to 4 or 5. Checkout was quick and efficient. The register operator was nice.

I hadn't been into a Kohls in a few years but I remember it being very nice and tidy. This was way worse than a TJ Maxx or Ross. It was like a Goodwill or something. You would think that first thing in the morning, at store opening for the day, it would be tidy. I just walked out without purchasing a single thing because it was chaos. There's no variety of the old fashioned department store feel, stores that are classy, fun, unique, except driving to Posner Park, or worse Tampa/Orlando, but same cookie cutter types, or one called Ollies...good choice for bargains...The Eagle Ridge Mall needs an overhaul or to be condemned. But still this area needs more stores. Wal*Nutz, Target don't cut it... the culture and clientele that shop there eventually trash it and act ghetto ... it's despicable...crime centers especially Wal*Nutz...Bring back Penny's, Macys. Kohls is a great store, and remember, if you've never worked. Retail don't slam it as far as the esthetics in the store or how it looks on the beginning or at the end of the day, those workers work hard, it's some of the clientele that go into these stores and destroy it. The workers can only do so much and believe me. I come from a retail/merchandise background to know the more you do, the more they expect, the more they expect, the less they appreciate. There's always a "karen" in the bunch, that's going to scream her head off and get her free or a discount, when she doesn't deserve it. After reviewing some of these photos and comments on here, I'm disappointed.It seems like you have maid service at your house! Retail service workers are always mistreated and yeah , I know they got a hard job and they don't get the pay for it just like any other service job. So just be kind and look around and see , maybe what you could do to maybe put something on the shelf , it's on the floor it's not going to kill you pick it up or put it back on the hanger! So they told me where to look and assured me they had two copies. I just found it and he came over to check that I did. I love the selection this store offers and I love to browse. I especially like looking at the magazines. You never know when magazines won't be available anymore. I am part of the millionaires club, so I save a few bucks here and there. It pays for itself. They also give you coupons when you sign up every year. I really like this location.

They did have lots of soft blankets for sale and the clearance section had decent prices. We could not find items easily that we were looking for and didn't seem to find anyone to help that wasn't on a register. If you're looking to shop early for a holiday at full price they have it (Easter, 4th of July, St Patrick's day) I suggest waiting for the clearance prices. Most likely because they were all rusted and falling apart. The toilet paper roll was just sitting on top of the toilet tank lid. The paper towel roll was by the sink. How many hands have touched these paper product rolls? It was horrifying! I had to use my own hand sanitizer after touching that towel roll. The only thing operational in that restroom was the soap dispenser on the wall. Honestly, I don't remember it ever being this unsanitary. I hope management can get with their corporate office to get a total renovation. It's very sad.

This is our go to Best Buy and appreciate it's location and employees. I have total tech (worth the…read more$ to me) and had an issue with an older work computer (not actually purchased from BB) yet they assisted me. I did try online Geek Squad who did a total scan but did not resolve the issue. I made in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

So I went into the store with a very strange problem. My youngest had purchased (with his own…read moremoney) a digital card game for the Xbox S series on Sunday at a different location, but it rang up for PC/Windows. Not Xbox. Knowing that digital games are non refundable, I fully expected to have to pay out of pocket and buy the game twice. The staff was amazing. It took a good hour at the register, at one point having 4 people trying to help. Alex and team tried many different options, even issuing a new code for the game. It still didn't work, so they exchanged the card that wouldn't work for an xbox gift card. Even though I ended up paying the difference for the gift card ($10.01, truly not bank breaking) the fact that the employees all worked together to help make the situation right for my kid. There is a reason we keep going back to Best Buy. Employees like this group, at 11:30-12:30 on Tuesday 5-2-23, are a big reason why. Thank you
