When she turned the monitor, one game had a value rate of 15 cents and the other 75 cents. I thought for those values better to just keep them...I mean really? 15 cents. We found a new game he wanted and a used one and he was happy with the selections. All in all a good company...just watch the redemption values on your trade in, might be better to do amongst friends....

And she "accidentally" scans my most expensive item twice. Not an accident. I said I could do cash or card what ever is quicker. She says either one is fine. I do card and she yells at me saying she can only do cash at this one. What is wrong with you people?
