After buying a replacement bulb (which is getting harder to find as they are "outlawed" now by the folks in Sacramento) I learned that it was not the bulb as the flashing continued. I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to LED rather than chase a second ballast. This was about a 10x difference out of pocket but as I just got paid by a couple of side jobs, we could afford it. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Evan's Handyman Co. Everything from there until completion went as well as I could have asked for. A professional of theirs stopped by, gave me a firm bid, we scheduled time, they called when an earlier slot opened up, and the work was done by 7 minutes after the original start time. The new installation works quite well and we are discussing some other projects I had deferred. Great job Evan's Handyman Co.!

He's very knowledgeable and made it a breeze to install these handrails we needed put in asap. We did not know anyone in the area and one quick Google/Yelp search later - we send out a message to Kevin. He was quick with a response from our inquiry - which was awesome. Then after a couple of emails with respect to the project, he took me through his next steps and what to anticipate. Absolutely love how does business. After placing our deposit, he inspected the job site, we ordered what was needed and had it shipped to his place of business, and in the blink of an eye - it was all done and ready to go. Side note: Online payment option made it super easy to get payments submitted. Love having this option available. You need a guy? I know a guy. Definitely give Kevin a call. 5 Stars.
