This is a great family owned dental lab. They have great labwork and we enjoy working with them.

INVISALIGN!!! I went to this dentist for the first time in June. It was my first time seeing a…read moredentist in a few years for a few different INVISALIGN!!! reasons, ex: anxiety, covide, personal life, etc. I met with the first woman who did my cleaning INVISALIGN!!! and she was great. Then I got to meet the dentist INVISALIGN!!! himself. He immediately started trying to sell me INVISALIGN!!! and would bring it up constantly. I have never once had a dentist in my life hint I needed braces, and he told me if I didn't get invisalign, I would have bad jaw issues in the future. INVISALIGN!!! Fast forward to the beginning of September, when I'm told I have 6 cavities(more on that later) that need to be filled. I've never had 6 cavities in my entire life, but I chalked it up to not being to the dentist in some time. We did the fillings, and WOW!! turns out there's only 2 now?! And because he told me that to my face, and didn't just drill anyways, he's an honest dentist! (his words, literally) INVISALIGN!!! and I was actually asked about 5 times before, during, and after the procedure (while also watching an ad for invisalign because there's a tv in every exam room with it playing, angled over the chair) if I had considered it anymore. I had to go back 2 more times, as I started having pain when chewing on the teeth they had just done the fillings on. SHARP pain when biting down on something hard, but the concern was in how when biting soft things, there was pressure at first, and then a LOT when letting up. There was no pain, whatsoever, before. INVISALIGN!!! They polished the teeth (to a point where they are so sharp, that a second dentist was concerned when looking, and offered to help smooth them out today), asked me about INVISALIGN!!! and sent me on my way. At this point, I'm worn INVISALIGN, beat INVISALIGN, and tired INVISALIGN. I agree to invisalign, with the understanding I'm going to talk to a single person who works at the dentist office about what all it is. Nothing. The doctor just walked out after I said yes. I got 3 different calls, from 3 different receptionist, who called to tell me the pricing structure. Every single time I said, "I am not concerned about the cost, as much as I am about what's about to happen. What is the procedure, what do I need to do, what changes, anything." Each time, they would say, "I'll have to doctor reach out." And then another call about pricing. I called, and while up there, asked at least 6 different times, to the Doctors face, and to the people working with him, for ANYTHING on invisalign. Silence. (You'll notice I'm not screaming invisalign anymore, much like the doctor who is trying to keep it a secret from it appears) It came to the day of the appointment, and noone had told me a thing. I had done a ton of research myself at that point (really though doctors hated the arm chair doctor patients who do that, so I was hoping the professional would give me the info), and it was clear that I - A) did not need invisalign whatsoever, and B) this guy is literally just trying to get his tier moved up by any means necessary. I called Monday morning at 8:15am, and cancelled my appointment by leaving a voicemail, since noone picked up. 2 hours later, they're calling back asking where I am, because noone checked the voicemail. This all culminates today, when I went to a real dentist, who I exchanged more words with in my one meeting, than I've had spoken to me by every person in this office in all 4 meetins. After a quick exam, and looking at the teeth they had worked on, they noted a few things - A) the fillings are so sharp, and so low after the extra polishing, there's no way for them to make contact anymore, and are worried they may cut my tongue, and the kicker B) My tooth is cracked, and I need to get a crown. Oh, the dentist today also told me no, I do not need invisalign, and my teeth are perfectly straight besides a small gap in the front, that is literally just cosmetic. The molars in the back are all straight, not pushing into eachother, and everything looks great from a alignmnet standpoint. He tried to upsale me from the second I walked in the door, til he got the yes, and then broke my tooth. Do yourself a favor, and hit yourself in the mouth with a pipe, before going here. My teeth have never hurt in my 35 years of living, until I walked into this god forsaken place.

I still have to be careful chewing on it. The last straw, however, is a " no show" on their part yesterday. The appointment had been made last month. AFD called and texted several times to confirm that I would be there. So why did I get there 15 minutes before my appointment time to find the door locked and office closed? It was 3:45. Their office supposedly closes at 5 pm. I called and spoke with Callie in scheduling. She was super nice but had no clue why the office was closed. No one else has reached out to offer an apology or explanation.

After numerous shots and over 20 minutes of pulling, I couldn't take it anymore. Thankfully, the assistant suggested a break. I told them I couldn't take much more. Stonecipher put his tool down, walked out of the room without a word and never returned. I was handed a post it note with the tooth number and told to call an oral surgeon in network. I went home with a half pulled, infected tooth. I had to pay an emergency, out of pocket oral surgeon to fix the mess he left. They even had the nerve to try and bill me for the destruction. I should have taken him to court.

The crown eventually broke off completely and I had, or thought I had, an appointment for the remainder to be extracted today. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. Their records regarding the broken crown were inaccurate. They were unable to extract my tooth. As I tried to discuss the situation with the two women they tried to talk over me. When I asked them to let me talk they did for about 5 seconds and their main point was that it had over 2 years since I was in there to have the crown evaluated as if records suddenly become inaccurate after 2 years. I told them that obviously I made a mistake coming there and the one in charge gave me the condescending, "Thank you so much sir and you have a great day" as I left the office. I liked the young dentist but the poor recording of the staff on my appointment and records will not be tolerated by me. Good luck to you if you choose this dentist.

They even gave me plenty of free samples. They follow COVID guidelines. During one of my cleanings, I was told that I had a small cavity and they would take care of it. The procedure wasn't fully explained to me before starting but they drilled out a small portion of my tooth. I was told it was so they could get all of the cavity out and fill it. Well, that tooth has been more sensitive and problematic than it has ever been. I visited them two times the following week so they could examine the tooth and determine why it was so sensitive. The staff could not figure it out and recommended a root canal. They took x-rays on all 3 visits and couldn't figure out why the tooth hurt. The staff was annoyed that I kept coming back and I could really tell they were fed up. A customer should never feel this way. I went to the dentist they recommended and they performed another x-ray. This dentist explained that fillings could take up to 6 weeks for the sensitivity to calm down. He also told me that the the filling looked loose or had too much adhesive and that could be causing the sensitivity. I was charged $200 for that visit. At least this dentist was honest with me and recommended against a root canal. I was told that he would send his findings to this review's office but I have still not heard from them. I never saw the proof that I had a cavity in the first place.
