The team was super easy to work with very accommodating and sensitive to my tight time line and delivered against all odds on the mattress I wanted! Continued.....I called Crystal back and she had the audacity to actually laugh at what I told her,…read morethen tell me that she really don't think her workers did that and she thinks the people who actually moved our sectional in our house messed up our furniture instead. This is why you should be careful what you say to customers, or people in general for that matter, because the people that moved our couch into our home was me, my husband, and my recently late father. She had the nerve to ask me how big was my door size. What kind of question is that?!?! It's a standard size door! We have no special size doors around here. Instead of her taking any responsibility for anything or apologizing for anything, she decided to throw her workers under the bus, and have me asked them if they messed up my couch once they came back to pick the item up, but this was just showing me who she was shifting the blame to. To no surprise, the next day only one of the young men from the previous day showed up, with a totally different older gentlemen. Come to find out the other young man was somebody helping out, so I'm not sure if he was even on pay roll, which explains why I didn't see him again. Both men were very nice and apologetic after everything, even took pictures. I also took pictures of everything and sent them to Crystal, but I don't even know what good that did. I called Crystal while the men were here to ask them if they did the damages, just like she said, and she's just a nasty person, no apologies, no responsibilities taken, no concerns, not even a fake concern. I gave her a piece of my mind and let her know that we'll fix our own couch, thank you, and we'll never do business with you again. We'll give our money to someone else who cares, or at a least acts like they do!

Needless to say, we were in the market for a good mattress. I haven't been in the market for a mattress in some time and so much has changed that I was a little overwhelmed. We came into this location at Sandhills and were greeted by a couple of employees who explained their color coding system. It was determined that I was a green and I like the hybrid bed. But, I had a little sticker shock. Dang, mattresses are expensive. They are currently selling kings for the price of queens and you get an adjustable base for free if you spend over $600. In our case, the adjustable base was a $1500 value which we got for free. We did spend a little more than anticipated on the mattress but a good mattress is an investment in your health and I feel like we got a great deal at the end of the day. We saved over $2200!! Cesar was awesome, on point and very helpful. Highly recommend.
