Grant transformed our musical journey from the first lesson to the present day. He is dedicated to a teaching style that emphasizes creativity that feeds off musicality. He introduces his students to various genres and styles that create an environment of inspiration and discovery for his students and himself. He truly cares about the well-being of my daughter in conjunction with generating a deep understanding of her pieces that have enabled her to pass CM Level 10 with honors and support and fuel her desire to enter a few competitions. Grant is able to strike the perfect balance between nurturing her creativity and fostering her technical foundation. His teaching style is both patient and encouraging. As a parent, it's important to utilize many tools to communicate and conduct business seamlessly. Everything is tracked and communicated through my daughter, teaching her to manage her lessons on her own by staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies and innovative techniques, and that is a great benefit. Grant's communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional. My daughter is an introvert, and Grant is able to foster that trait by building a strong teacher-student bond. In conclusion, We are immensely grateful for Grant's guidance and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent piano teacher.

Ahmad has a very comfortable style, where he encourages my kids to pick pieces they'd like to learn (whether Metallica, AC/DC, or modern pop). And then mixes in theory, tips and tricks, together with helping them learn the new pieces. They have made great progress over the past year with Ahmad. And they are really enjoying playing, as Ahmad makes playing the guitar fun (and cool, ha ha). We actually just finished a fun recording of Nothing Else Matters by Metallica. With my son playing electric, and daughter on bass and vocals. He taught both of them their parts for the song. Would definitely recommend Ahmad for guitar lessons. And by the way, he's an absolutely amazing player as well. With the recent shelter-in-place, we've been continuing lessons with Ahmad via Skype, and has been working out well (although in person is always nicer).

I feel that Warren has made the guitar fun for a child who had always wanted to learn guitar. Now, my child picks up the guitar all on his own, smiles while playing a song that he just learned and is able to play. Warren also is very knowledgeable about music and he shares that knowledge during the personalized lesson plans. Thank you so much Warren for introducing us to the world of music, we feel lucky to have found you!

He's supportive of what interests them and as a result, it fosters my kids' self-motivation to play and practice. When that happens, they not only learn faster, but they are happy and enjoying themselves in the process. Alex is able to teach them music theory/concepts and the mechanics of playing sheet music in a way that inspires them. I see a big difference in how they are playing now.
