There is a dental office next door. Check them out before coming here. I made the greatest mistake of having them do some extensive work. Both times it was a disaster. Now, I'm in the process of paying more money to get it fixed. If you have options, I encourage you to look into those options before stepping foot into this establishment. UPDATE: please read their response. I had given this establishment the opportunity to correct their error with an extensive procedure of fixing my front tooth bite. During the procedure he shaved my tooth to fit the bite. However, I now have a gap in my bite and air pockets. I had contacted them a week after the procedure in July 2025. It took a month to get a reply. I then took it upon myself to check with another provider on what I see and his thoughts. The provider stated the work completed was far less than par. In order to fix this, it will cost me $8K out of pocket because Genesis has exhausted my dental benefits and will not reimburse me or fix this issue. This is the second time I had this exact issue with them. I trusted them to not make the same mistakes. I used loyalty and blinded my instincts. I should have listened to my intuition considering Dr.Foltz's has never made me feel comfortable or accepted during my annual checkups. I assumed it was me. However, with the statements below, my instincts were correct. Dr. Foltz doesn't genuinely care about his patients. If he did, he would have at least made an effort. Instead he excused my genuine concerns and told me to never come back. Please note that that my daughters and I have been a patients of Genesis dental for many years. If Dr.Foltz felt that he was inexperienced or uncomfortable with these types of procedures, then the proper steps would be for him to refer to another dentist. I double down on this location, do not come here. They will treat you just the same. Their dental technicians are fresh out of dental school and there are going to be mistakes that they are unwilling to correct. Also, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until after you see the work. Genesis dental advised me to sign a form stating I was satisfied with the work in an email PRIOR to my appointment and another form while waiting in the office. You shouldn't be coerced into these types of perfidious behaviors in an establishment. Hi Maricella, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I made an appointment over the phone, I asked if they needed my insurance information beforehand and they said no, just to Bring it into my appointment. I showed up early for my appointment, gave them my insurance information to make sure they accepted it. The Dentist was the one figuring out insurance information, which is absolutely ridiculous to me since he should have a billing department doing that. Him and the receptionist took 25 minutes looking Into my insurance, and then THEY asked me to reschedule for a separate day because they didn't have time to see me. Which is so unprofessional, if they wanted to check my insurance, they should have gotten it before hand when I asked, it's not my fault. I rescheduled, and they told me there was a $25 deposit. They said it would be refunded if I had to cancel within 48 hours. They said the $25 is for "suction". Why the hell are you charging patients $25, For something that should be billed to insurance, and I was never told when I scheduled my appointment that there was a mandatory $25 Fee. They should have let me know about that fee when I made the appointment. That was an error on their part. I decided to cancel the appointment the next day, obviously, seeing that they were very shady. I called back a few days later to ask where my deposit was, and they said it could take a few more days. Today, they left me a message saying, that since I "broke an appointment ", the $25 is not refundable. I never broke an appointment!!!. I showed up for my appointment originally, they were the ones that asked me to reschedule because they were taking a long time to figure out insurance information that I OFFERED TO GIVE THEM BEFOREHAND. I was told if I canceled within 48 hours I would get the deposit back. They are LIARS! Do not go here. They are completely unprofessional, and just want your money. Also, sidenote, very old-fashioned, you should never go to dental office nowadays that use paper charts. It just shows how old school and out of date they are. As a dental assistant and previous dental receptionist, I know that there is more they can do to help patients, and they did not care that they took my money and were NOT honest. The receptionist LISA was NOT helpful, and was adamant they will not refund me. Even though this is their fault. Their error. Their miscommunication.
